  1. Maybe this one will work? http://www.chevrolet.com/owners/warranty.html Click on 2014 Warranty PDF
  2. That said, they tried to pull the same thing on me. I took mine to a tire store that I purchased tires from before and they balanced them for free! Then I took it back to the dealer saying that tires have been re-balanced. Dealer then proceeded to continue diagnosing... GM field engineer, PICO scope, two new tires, no improvement. Second dealer, two more brand new tires, GM regional rep, GM field engineer and two Goodyear engineers from Ohio. Match mounted and all tires balanced within 5lbs or less. Decent improvement. Not the best outcome, but wasting anymore time of my life I knew it was going to get ugly past this point.

  4. https://www.goodyear.com/en-US/tires/wrangler-sr-a It lists the SRA's as an "All Terrain" tire on Goodyear's website.
  5. Doesn't look like we will have much ground to stand on for this case:

  8. I have the goodyears on my truck too and they charged me $350! Must be more for those fancy white letters that no one likes!
  9. Not particularly for me, I've had it shake just as bad on the hottest days after 40 miles of driving just like it did in the spring.
  10. I have a 5.3, but currently have a v6 for a loaner. The AFM vibe that comes from the v6 is entirely different than the vibe I get on my 5.3. The AFM vibe on the v6 is in the steering wheel and column. The vibe on my 5.3 appears to be coming from the rear of the truck and causing the center console to shake at 40mph and 75-80mph. The steering wheel on the 5.3 is solid in and out of AFM (for me anyway). The only thing I can feel is a slight surge when going into and out of AFM on the 5.3.
  11. And the ones that GM buys from Goodyear are even cheaper... Apparently the OE tires are sub-standard to retail tires I've heard before from 3-4 different tire stores . I'm having to wait over a week to get a full new set of tires from a "different supplier". They should be in tomorrow, I informed the service manager that I will not accept or sign for the truck until I'm satisfied.
  12. Are you making note as to what tires are on the GMCs?
  13. Hopefully those RAM's don't spring a manifold leak (20,000 miles) and their plastic play-school key's don't get stuck in the ignition like my co-workers did! His is a 2013 5.7.
  14. I would request PICO reports from before AND after so you can compare. Validate their data, otherwise its just hearsay.
  15. In this event, I would ask them why they attempted to try and fix anything in the beginning? Are their roads there with the speed limit posted of 70mph? Also I've always wondered, if GM can't "test beyond 70mph" why do they allow them to go any faster? What about people in Texas and Montana where the speed limit exceeds 70mph? When buying a new one, the sales person has no issues for you to speed and "see what it can do!" Once there is an attempted fix from them, they are admitting they know something is wrong. We all have every right to play the same game they do. Keep jumping through the hoops guys, once the GM rep drives your truck, ask him if they would live with it and accept it? Don't lay down and take it. The driving in M5 suggestion is just plain unacceptable.
  16. I have 9 weights on the left rear wheel of my truck after a road force balance.
