  3. I'll burn it before I take two grand think about it. These trucks go for $28000+ grand In my area I already have a guy interested for $21 000 if he gets approved so why would I take your $2200 when I could take $21 000.
  4. Well I got over my grudge somewhat towards my truck I took a Jerry can of gas a new battery out to death row and brought my 13 into town cleaned it all up washed and decided to sell it. What is give to rip it apart with a trackhoe But that's not practical now that I calmed down it makes more sense selling. One thing I'll miss is listening to that massive cold air inhaling with the 3 inch dual straight pipes exhale I will say this truck sounds amazing. I listed it for $22 800 hopefully it sells only has 61 000km.

  6. sorry for the old photo but just picked up the oil and oil filter (GTX 5-30 High mileage and Fram high mileage oil filter) to perform an oil change on my trusty old 94 Silverado at 315 000km last 80 000km were hard oilfield/farm KM what a great truck I wish I could buy a brand new 1994 Silverado from GM these new trucks suck I don't care what you guys think the 88-98gm trucks were probably the best built trucks of all time. I highly doubt anyone will ever build a better truck Sept maby Toyota.
  7. Don't no haven't driven it enough to do mpg test but so far I really love this Tundra. This thing would drag the chassis out from under my Silverado any day of the week. Even if I get the same 11.7 mpg as my 5.3 atleast I got some power now.
  8. You got to be joking 1300 km to a tank my 2013 only got 550km to a tank at best I wish I could've got that many km to a tank now it's great on fuel as it's parked in the back 40 it doesn't use any fuel.

Do you mean you want the hi and low beams pluss the fog lights to all be on with the hi beams if so I remember me and a friend installed a kit from lmc truck onto his dad's 05 GMC 2500HD duramax. When done the low beams and fog lights would come on with the hi beams. Hope that answers your question.
  10. No I bought mine from a dealer in Regina it's got way way more power then my 5.3 plus a way nicer interior. I love me new Tundra my new FX450F Yamaha as well as my 16 700R Raptor will both enjoy relaxing in the box of my new Tundra as I relaxe in the cab after a long day of riding and not have to worry about being stranded like my Chevy would. Iv talked to alot of Tundra owners and not one of them had a bad thing to say about there Tundra's so I bought one and just itching to get it tomorrow afternoon. And my 5.3 vortec is a gas guzzling pig and also like to drink oil like no tomorrow aswell. I avarage 11.7 mpg with my 5.3 and it's gutless as can be!!! If I get 11.7in my Tundra I don't care least it's got 5.7 I force with power to spare.
  11. I don't like tossing money out the window but I don't think you realise the frustration that truck caused me. Let's see your truck just up and leave you stranded in the middle of know were twice before 61 000km. And then having to fight for a rental truck cause the dealer has no more curtsey vehicles left. I have a huge list of problems that truck had the 4x4 would only work when it felt like it the ignition switch would leave you stranded the oil cooler lines have to be replaced multiple times aswell as transmission cooler lines. The trucks being parked at just over basically 61 000km I'm done with it!!!!!
  12. To late to trade it off now I already bought this awesome 5.7 Tundra. But I will always have a soft spot for my older GM vehicles like my 88-98 C/K GM trucks and the 1969 Camaro witch is without a doubt the best looking year of Camaro ever produced to date. Specially a 1969 Yanko hmmmmm Yanko. Or 1969 Copo Camaro I'd take that aswell. GM has lost there touch they just don't care it seems like after they went bankrupt they just turned there back against us loyal GM customers/fans. That's the way I feel each to their own I could care less at this point if the NEW general motors falls off the face of the earth I actually hope they do GM should have there tail between there legs for the crap they produce now a days. I expect members to lash out at me over this comment but they don't understand the frustration my 2013 Chevy has caused me. Give me your best remember I like my older GM vehicles from the days GM actually cared. I just don't trust there new crap cause mine has left me on the side of the road a few times now all cause of a faulty ignition switch that keeps killing my truck and won't let me restart it.

I'd rather see it be crushed by my buddy that owns a scrap metal business out by Saskatoon I told him next time he's in the area let's crush my 13 Chevy I want to pull the lever that will destroy that problem child leave me on the side of the road truck. That crappy truck left me stranded for the last time at just 61 500 km I just finished paying it off.
  14. good by piece of junk problem child 2013 Chevy Silverado z71 you will not be missed but the mice will call you home and in a few years after I take the sprayer and combine by you I'll call in the scrap metal guy to come in and crush you.life will be better off without that price of crap 2013 Chevy it's bin the biggest problem child since the 6.5 diesel. Buying that Tundra was the best thing Iv ever done it can drag my 5.3 backwards to the crusher yard.
  15. I bought this today I pick it up tomorrow wow I gota say way better truck then my 13 Silverado in every way. I'm parking my 13 Silverado in a bluff a trees tomorrow after I pick up my new to me Tundra. My piece of junk 2013 Chevy will be parked for good to rot to death in our one canola field Mainly cause I don't have room to park it In town an don't like looking at it and don't need it no more as I have my 1994 Silverado and my new to me Tundra 5.7

Looks good for a 80s GM last 80s GM I had was 85 4x4 Chevy I it left me stranded every time I drove it so eventually I took a massive J D pay loader and I pushed that money pit into the ground literally. Now Iv learned it's cheaper to buy them built by a long shot. Them dam dual fuel tanks were such a problem all the time little loan the carburettor problems.
  17. Like I say I'm replacing my rad cause it looks to be seeping antifreeze and the dam truck is low every time I check it witch is why the rads being replaced. And know I don't have a blown head gasket no antifreeze in my oil it runs like new at 320km this truck is to me like that 70charger is to Vin Diesel. I hope your right about the thermostat that's what I'm learning towards aswell. I just fear with this new rad it's going to take forever to warm up in the winter if it even can warm itself up that's a big rad I put into it.
  18. Thanks for the response I guess I'll just try putting a new 195 thermostat in. I'm thinking maby the old one wasn't working properly cause like I'd say even in the summer it the heat gadge would bairly get over a quarter and in the winter it would blow decently warm air but wast hot and if it idled for more then 10-15 min it would cool right off. Iv had this happen on diesel but not a gas I'm stumped. Hopefully a new thermostat will fix this I thought a about a 200 thermostat instead. I know these TBI motors like to run on the warm side.
  19. There's the rads the big one is the one I'm putting in as the small (original one) started seeping. The other rad is almost new came out of a 6.5 diesel the guy just put the rad in then truck got totaled. I see it's alot thicker rad aswell.
  20. So I'm doing a rad swap on my 1994 Chevy and need some advice. With the small factory radiator that was in my 94 5.7 1500 It always ran cool even with a 195 thermostat. But I'm putting in a massive rad for a 6.5 diesel in the truck should I now run a hotter thermostat. Any opinions?

  22. Finally got my new cab corners painted the paint's slightly off but whatever it's an old truck just glad to see the rusty cab corners are gone. Just got a install a few moldings and bolt the box back on and put the rear bumper back on and its done.
  23. Degree dam I'm having hard time doing my GED lol. Anyway I got my truck back from the dealer and it was still making a rattling noise so I took it back turns out to be loose U Bolts ya the U Bolts that hold my rear diff to the springs but this was GM fault I had OK tire in Saskatoon install 3inch blocks on my truck at about 10 000km two years ago and now at 56 000km I finally discovered what that rattle but unfortunately it destroyed the blocks. Thanks OK Tire.
  24. Once you hook up them lights let me know how they work I think I'd be interested in some for my truck.
