  1. Took the head service advisor for a ride. He did feel the vibrations I am talking about. He said its defiantly a tire issue. He also felt it wasn't that much worse then a new truck. He admitted these are not the best riding trucks overall. Stated they have changed tires on other vibrations issues and helped resolve the issue. He suggested the Michelin ltx or AT ..his opinions best riding tires for these trucks. So I called the tire dealer back, told him dealer cant find anything wrong and said it was tires. Tire dealer says they road balanced and its not the tires? Geez.... I currently have Cooper AT3 tires, overall I have been happy with them very little vibration until now. I know they are not the best tire out there but not this bad. Question to those, has anyone changed tires and it helped the vibrations? if so what tire did you go with?
  2. Dealer called and they cant find any vibrations that are 'abnormal'.. well I guess they are use to all the trucks vibrating so they cant tell a difference. Going to dealer today and I will take them for a ride to show them...... got a feeling this is going to be a battle.
  3. Well add me to the list. I put all terrain tires on my new turn at 2 k miles. All has been fine until I turned 14 k miles. Now The truck shakes and vibrating starting around 65 mph. Had it at tire shop all day and after multiple road force testing and even putting on new tires. Truck shakes and vibrates still. Dropping off at dealer next week. Crap.
  4. After putting in led they are starting to fade. I ordered HID kit from The retrofit source. After a couple of days with no shipping info. I contacted them. Well they are on back order. Would have been nice to know that before I ordered them. So anyone thinking about ordering for sierra may want to wait until they have them.
  5. I am sure this has been addressed...but looking to add HID. While shopping around some sites have the option to buy the relay harness to power by the battery. Some say no need to use as can use the light wiring already from the factory. So do I need the relay harness or just the bulbs and ballast? Thanks
  6. I have same tire but 20". The mpg stayed about the same for me. Maybe just slightly less.
  7. Recently added Copper AT3 275/60/20. 1" level kit. Goodyear was the OEM tire. The Copper is a little louder than the Goodyear. The Goodyear was actually a little smoother ride but the AT3 is an all terrain tire where as the Goodyear was basically a highway tire. The AT3 does take the bumps in the road better. Will see how they do as more miles put on them. Haven't been off road yet.
  8. Thanks. I will give that a try
  9. I recently added a 1" level and 275/60/20 Cooper AT3 tires. it raised the front end just over 2". I still wanted a little rack in the truck. Overall I am pleased. I would post pics but cant figure out how.
