  1. Other ride Just sold this to my brother to buy a different house soon Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. Great story Good looking truck.I personally wouldn't buy a red truck myself but the 2014/15 red rally silverado does look good. Congrats one mod at a time and keep it simple. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. I bought a used undercover flex from Craigslist for 140.00 it was on a truck that was really used as work truck so the cover has some paint chips on the aluminum and some fading on the panels.I didn't want to fork up 1,000 for a cover that I really want at this time but a hard fold cover caught my interest from a Avalanche that I previously owned.Im going to sand it down and color match the whole cover the best I can.I don't have the drains hooked up surprisingly went thru a car wash very minimal water got inside, its functional and works great. 5. I didn't paint the splash guards I had the flat black molded ones and instead of going thru the sanding them down smooth I thought buying them painted would be a better idea cause my time is limited.I did sand down and paint the tailgate handle used 80,180,and 320 sandpaper plastic primer, factory's color spray can and about 4 clear coats wet sand and buff.I bought a spare handle incase I messed up. 9. I did this about 2 weeks ago and really didn't notice much difference just a bit but as I've been driving more I'm really liking the truck more. The take off nose dive is gone and I swear my mpg got better to,maybe it's relearning my drive habits. Thanks OP[emoji106] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. I personally like the sport bar it's perfect on a black truck lot of people don't like it.I have been looking for one and found them on C/L for reasonable price but I may do a 2/4 drop on mine and don't think that would look right as it don't go with the off road theme.Yours looks perfect in my opinion. 16. I went out to buy the Ram as I like dodge ended up with Silverado, thank God I don't have the shakes yet.Good luck one thing I don't like is most dodge/mopar I've had seem to create loud cold starts longer they sit louder it is,knocking drives me nuts.Full synthetic will help with cold starts, especially if your not driving it daily. 17. That is a bad as* ride there, not modded to much very simple and seems complete.congrats good job.I'm a big rim guy but I went with 22's stock cause I didn't want suspension issues later, and sacrifice the ride.Im looking at your truck and you got me pondering. 18. Glad to hear it's fixed waiting for mine to get the vibration 2016 with 3,000 miles rides smooth like butter as of now.I had a 2014 Silverado rode smooth and had a 16 Gmc loaner for a few weeks no shake.Unfortunate that some can't get it fixed. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  19. You can use a Magnetic base with a Indicator set on drive shaft and try the method above and check run out.If there's run out doesn't mean it's just drive shaft but it would mean could be drive shaft or somewhere in the drivetrain. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  20. Kinda like this bad boy here true American Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  21. Yes that sounds right, only when it under acceleration load,I never really got on it heavy didn't realize it maybe exhaust.ThanksI'm rooting for you guys with this issue hope it get resolved,it bothers me to think GM hasn't figured this out.I personally wouldn't want to make another truck till I fixed the problem.I don't blame others buying another brand, but for me I rather be driving a Symbolic American vehicle before I go to my coffin and I willing to deal with whatever issues till that day comes. My next move maybe to buy a older truck do full restore the way I want it and drive a real American Vehicle. The price we pay now I think I would be better off although I like some technology that comes with newer vehicles.my 2 cents worth. 22. I have 2,200 miles on 2016 crew standard bed and I have No big vibrations but I feel a little in the gas pedal.Im thinking vibration is so light I can't feel it in the seats.when I give it gas the the pedal seems to vibrate very minimal. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  23. I'm doing good, lol. No vibrating for me yet but watching this thread closely hope someone figures it out. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  24. I agree here,I also ran my fans longer on a programmer (not extreme, moderately)and brunt fans out, learned hard way. This wasn't a GM,but thought I share to know possibilities. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  25. That's a killer truck. We have matching trucks, those rims are nice on it. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
