  1. Thank You for sharing your success story! Core harnesses are starting to come in... so if anyone if need of a custom harness for DL3 Mirrors or Towing Mirrors, let me know! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. Hello Everyone, I wanted to create a "How To" thread on showing the installation of the RZY - Towing Mirror Jumper Harness. This is GM Part # 23387133. In the video, I reference Part # 23387134. Part # 23387134 is the Installation Manual Part # and not the harness part # itself. This RZY Jumper Harness is needed for all 2014 and some early 2015 Trucks that are looking to upgrade their mirrors to Towing Mirrors. On these year trucks, the circuits in the door connector for the Cargo/Courtesy Lamp, Park/Running Lamps, and Turn Signal Lamps are not present. Please refer to the Vehicle Acceptability for Retrofit Guide Here to see if you need this harness: https://www.dropbox.com/s/q4eldhgg2x8i10q/Camper%20Mirrors%20-%2023371780.pdf?dl=0 I also advise to visually inspect the door connector and confirm you need this harness. The pins you'll want to be looking for are: Pin # 9 - Cargo/Courtesy Lamp (Circuit # 1430) Pin # 11 - Park/Running Lamp (Circuit # 709) Pin # 41 - Turn Signal Lamp (Circuit # 1314) If ANY of these pins are missing, you'll need the RZY Jumper Harness. The Installation Instructions can be found here: https://www.dropbox.com/s/pz2y2o9kj02g66p/RZY%20Installation%20Instructions.pdf?dl=0 How To Video Here: ENJOY! Let me know if you have any questions!
  3. Thanks for sharing the pic. I was looking for door sill detail with this liner as I plan on installing illuminated door sills. Didn't want to do it if it was going to be covered by the liner. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. This reminds me... I have a K&N Cabin Filter sitting in a box somewhere. Forgot about it. LOL. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. Finished my front end upgrade (for now anyways). Upgraded Headlights from Stock LT HID to LTZ LED (color matched trim), new bumper now has Park Assist Holes (capped for now). Will look into retrofitting park sensors later. Illuminated Bow Tie. Before: After: Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  7. GM supports this upgrade if you want to go that route. Some folks here want to perform this upgrade themselves and save some $ in doing so. I recommend going the dealer route only in the event that a BCM and/or Memory Module calibration is needed. In the handful of people that decided to this themselves, they bought my harness and didn't need any calibrations. DQS Mirrors are the mirrors you'll want. For harnesses, if you have Seat Memory (A45), you'll want the following (Referencing the upgrade retrofit chart) Part # 23171564 Replaced By Part # 23342727 Part # 23171567 Replaced By Part # 23342716 Hope this helps. 8. This is awesome work! I get satisfaction when someone (Dealers) say "it can't be done". I wouldn't have a clue (nor have a need since I already have heated seats) on how to program a controller, but wouldn't mind learning. I enjoy messing around with electronics. I wouldn't mind to see the logic you have pictured in more detail. I worked around some Electrical Engineers for a few years, but the work I did was basically replacing bad parts with new ones. Never got down to any board level work like they did. They did lots of ICs, Atmel, FPGA, and stiff like that. Way more than I could handle... but enjoy learning. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. @Darth_Vader - I enjoy coming back to this thread and the continued learning I get from it. Thanks! All of my work has been simply adding missing circuits to a harness [emoji51]. This is Engineering at its best. . Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. Thanks Guys! I enjoy the success stories and thanks for sharing! I will be adding a video on a "How To" install a RZY Harness for those 2014 and some early 2015 trucks very soon!
  11. Yup. So my quest at getting to an LTZ Trim Level so far, is about $1300. Between LTZ Tail Lights, Head Lights, DL3 Mirrors, Auto Dim Rear View, and Heated Steering Wheel. Not bad when you compare the Trim level price difference of about $8K or so. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. Out of pocket costs... $300 + $80 (to paint the bezel), + $85 for the lower filler panel that the new lights didn't come with... so $465 ish. Sold my stock lights on ebay and bought the take off lights on ebay - the same day. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. I wonder if the airbag sensor circuit is on the same pin location between the seats and connectors? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. No. [emoji17]. I was too excited with the upgrade and had very little time from the moment I sold my HID lamps and when the LED lamps arrived. The transaction happened the same day on ebay. Didn't think about it until afterwards. It is definitely brighter. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  15. Finally finished the headlight upgrade project. Went from LT - HID Headlights to LTZ - LED Headlights and color matched trim. Hopefully swap the bumper to color matched tomorrow. Before: After: Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  16. Maybe the owner is a Pimp [emoji23]. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  17. The body side harness goes forward, then branches off into a "W" into several locations. I don't think replacing the body harness is feasible since it's hard to tell what goes where after the branch out. One of the connectors is behind the door sill kick Panel. 18. @Darth_Vader - I finally watched the entire video after getting interrupted 4 times. Was there an action for me? LOL. I heard you say "Phil" and wasn't sure if that was meant for me. If so, let me know what you need from me and would be glad to provide you the info needed. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  19. LIN Bus, MOST Bus... all new protocols for me for sure. I enjoy reading, watching and learning the stuff from this forum. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  20. I joined this forum to learn about what I can and can't do to my truck. It is guys like you that I enjoy following for the wealth of information you share! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  21. Yep. I have a COB strip and an Oznium LD both connected. We'll see how they each perform tonight. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  22. Installed Footwell Lighting today - Well, not completely done. Testing two different products for now. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
