    So I have been testing for a couple days. When cruising 35-45mph zones, if I am in regular Drive, I hit V4 mode all the time. But with Manual shifting, it never goes into V4 mode, ONLY when I shift it into 8th gear. Downshifting into 7th or lower, it never engages V4. Going to keep testing this out for another week.

    I had an 07 Avalanache, bought a Range AFM disabler for that. I now have a 16 Sierra SLT All Terrain and I have noticed when in V4 mode at slow speeds cruising (less then 40mph), slowing and speeding up with traffic, if I give it some gas it seems to bog a little and it kinda feels like it vibrates a little. But once it hit V8 mode, it goes back to normal. Never been a fan of AFM. If I install the Range AFM disabler into my brand new 16 Sierra, will that void my factory warranty?
