  1. Mine would only go in one way too. Turned it until it slid into the hole and I had to use a wrench on it to turn it, couldnt do it by hand. Turned it til it stopped, didnt feel a "click", maybe I need to turn it a little harder? I didnt want to break anything.
  2. Hi Joe, So I got the newer plug n play filler neck fitting for my '16 and installed it. But the fitting is really loose. And can you take a look at my videos and see if this is normal, because when my oil cap is on, there is no to little movement in any direction. One finger test Two finger test
  3. Got an email response from them: "The Qwikfoot is only available for oversea trucks for mounting style bars they are not available for US model trucks. They will not work for your application truck if you have any other questions let me know."
  4. Just looking at the pictures I dont see how that will work with the All Terrain X sports bar. The feet are totally different. Guess I'll email them to see if they will work or not. Thanks for the info!!
  5. I am confused on that site. Doesnt say anywhere its for a bed with a sports bar. I did 2016 Sierra with the shortest bed.
  6. Also I had a question, is there a way to take the can apart? Like I have seen other cans have a bottom half you can unscrew so you can see the oil inside and empty it?
  7. PM sent. Thanks again Joe!
  8. Does this work? And large shirt
  9. At 1,500 mile oil change, right before winter storage: Mobil 1™ Extended Performance 0W-20 Advanced Full Synthetic M1-212 Mobil 1™ Extended Performance Oil FIlter
  10. Hi Joe, I just received my kit today and wanted to install the kit this weekend but looks like I might have to get the newer filler neck fitting? This measures at 1 5/16" (1.3125"). I have a 2016 Sierra.
  11. Just ordered this months special from joeccs. Cant wait to get it and install. I'll post pictures!
  12. Thanks for the info!!!! I did partially take the sports bar off the bed and there was wiring there but I think that goes to the 3rd brake light on the bar. I'll have to get under the bed to see if there are more wires going in or out. I cant wait to see pictures!!!!
  13. Can you give more info on the lights you got? Pics of lights? Wiring? And light switch? Thanks
  14. Thanks Joe, I'll PM you a little later. What is the Pro Series Check Valve and what does it do? I searched online and it seems to be for boosted trucks?
  15. Joe any special pricing for the 5.3L kit?
  16. Also the side separator replaces the oil fill cap? Thats neat, never seen that before. What advantage is there to that? I am new to catch cans and looking for something for my new truck
  17. I love the setup and clean look. And you are right having the braided hoses and quick connect ends is super nice. Do you have a link to that whole kit? What is the capacity on that can? Did you connect a hose to the bottom of the can to drain?
  18. I didnt get a chance to install my BAK Revovler X2 on my truck with the sports bar. I did get one rail notched out for one section. I probably wont get it install until spring. Truck is in storage.
  19. Its a paint protection film so its a bit more expensive then the vinyl. Got it done for $5000 (originally quoted $6500, I talked them down. Other quotes I got ranged from $7k-$12k!!!). Took the installer 5 business days. Went with the PPF because it protects against damage caused by rocks, salt, insects, and other road debris, etc, better then vinyl. Vinyl is purely cosmetic, no paint protection characteristics. Suntek film comes in clear and matte. Went with matte because I love flat black! Turns any glossy paint and covers it and makes the paint look matte. So if I ever decide to remove the film, I can always go back to gloss. Might get it done on my silver car. I also had them put some clear film on the headlights, fog lights and tail lights, to help protect them from damage and fading. Also clear on the door sills to prevent scratches from my dogs or people getting in and out. I am OCD lol. Hope that helps. Check out Suntek's site. Watch the video of them taking a wire brush to the film on the car and it self heals. Features and Benefits Video Site http://www.suntekfilms.com/paintprotection/suntek-window-paint-protection.aspx
  20. Dont think I posted here my updated Suntek Paint Protection Film in Matte
  21. There has to be a better alternative to the black silicone? Foam stripes mounted to the roll bar plate where the rail meet? The small foam that comes with the kit?
  22. How much did the cover run you? What size bed?
  23. I also bought the BAK Revovler X2 for my All Terrain X, looking to install it soon. Took BAK a month an a half to get me the right cover. Customer service is a PITA!
