  1. The new 10 speeds in the fords are certainly no joke, so the 2018 f150s are a different animal. That being said, I ran a 2017 5.0 rcsb at the drag strip and I beat him by about 3 tenths. He ran a 14.79 and I ran a 14.48 it’s was about 94 Degrees out in southern Louisiana. All I had was a magnaflow in place of the factory muffler and I doubt that added much of any power (2016 5.3/3.42 rcsb) I think if gm puts the 8 speed in the new ‘19 rcsb it’ll be pretty darn close, or at least I hope so Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. You’re tempting me already! I can’t wait to see what they look like! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. Thank you! I was so nervous before I started but once I opened everything up and got some help and tips from Carl at uS Dashworks I seen it was almost fool proof Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. Even though I’ve been on the forums for a little while, I’m still relatively new when it comes to posting so forgive me if I post in the wrong place/section. But I recently bought a set of aftermarket gauge faces from US Dashworks here on the forums for my 2016 Silverado 1500. At a heck of a deal of $100 all together(which is crazy cheap especially when you compare their prices to the other guys) and I installed them myself. I’m barely 20, and I have absolutely zero experience with gauge faces or anything electrical for that matter. So, needless to say I was scared to take this on myself, but i still gave it a shot. It only took me about an hour to install and dial in the needles! The whole process was a lot easier than what I thought it was going to be, but that probably has a lot to do with the help and advice I got from Carl, who has helped me and kept me informed and updated throughout the whole process. Everything has been an extremely pleasant process, from talking to him about the backlighting all the way to his help with the finishing touches. Anyways I know you guys want to see pictures so I’ll get to posting! IMG_0509.HEIC Here is my cluster after I removed it IMG_0511.HEIC After I got the new faces/needles in IMG_0513.HEIC First start up back together, it’s still kind of bright out so you don’t get the full effect IMG_0519.HEIC And here’s a picture of it tonight in the dark I’ve had an awesome experience dealing with the Guys at US Dashworks and can’t wait to do even more business with them! 5. No it doesn’t mention anything about shipping, but the guy is in the “gen 5 5.3 & 6.2 Silverado/sierra (2014+)” group on Facebook I’m pretty sure that’s the exact name of the group itsself but the guy just has it for sale on the local Facebook market place.. it might be worth a shot to look into Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. This probably won’t be too much of help, but there’s a guy on the Facebook market place where I’m located (Louisiana) selling sets of 4 for 80 bucks a set. He has black, white, and a few other colors, but none in my color (silver) kind of bummed about it but that’s a heck of a deal for someone else lol Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. Feels good to finally start to see some kits for the k2xxs.. how much does this cost? And can you do custom colors for the notches/numbers? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. Has any body done this yet? I have a 2016 Silverado 1500 with the 7” iob and I was wondering if the kits for the 8” io5 and io6 would work. Has anybody ever tried this? Nobody seems to have a kit for my radio and in theory it should be the same to bypass but I’d like to be sure before I just give away my money lol any input of any kind will help! Thanks in advance guys Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. Forgive the cheesy captions [emoji23][emoji23][emoji23] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. I say go for it, check my posts I’ve had a tote with close to 400 gallons of driveway sealer in the bed of mine and it was able to pull it fine.. it swayed a little in higher speeds and put me on the bump stops but it didn’t break anything so I say you’re fine. I have a 2016 rcsb 5.3/3.42 2wd Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. Did you ever get around to putting this in your truck? I found a nicely priced self amplified 8 inch bazooka tube and I'm wondering if it's a simple enough install that I can do it myself or if I would have to bring it to a shop Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. Silver Ice metallic if any body has a set pm me and thanks for the help Martha Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. I've looked everywhere and I can't find a part number.. the only thing I have found is a cover for the already painted handles Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. Thanks for the help! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  15. I don't know if this has been posted before but does anyone know if the Tahoe LTZ door handles that are both painted and chrome will fit on my Silverado? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  16. I think all of the 17s are 17% off right now... so unless they're giving you an additional 17% off on top of that I would definitely shop around some Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  17. It squated it down pretty good, i think i was actually riding on the bump stops, but it did handle it pretty good, a lot better than i thought it would have Sent from my Z981 using Tapatalk
  18. The clowns fine thanks for asking!! Lol and i hope so I'm worried the paints going to be off Sent from my Z981 using Tapatalk
  19. Was actually a clown nose lol Sent from my Z981 using Tapatalk
  20. I'm not sure if where this post is going cause I'm still rather new to the forum and Tapatalk but i figured id share my updates with my truck. Its a regular cab short box 2wd with a 5.3 I've tinted the windows 20 percent over the factory 20 on the back window and 20 percent on the side windows I've also got chrome mirrors and door handles. The other day it got to do a little more work than normal and got loaded down with about 300 gallons of driveway sealer lol aaaaand then i got hit.. Sent from my Z981 using Tapatalk
  21. I think you guys made my mind up for me! I love the way those 22's look on the rcsb. Did you lower yours marv? Mine looks like it sits a little higher in the back or is that because of the trailering package? Sent from my VS990 using Tapatalk
