  1. My local Chevy dealer through my body shop buddy so I could get a break on price.
  2. Installed High Country grill. Hardest part was transferring the illuminated bowtie over. Happy with the new look.
  3. Detailed it and added a coat of wax
  4. Specmo Enterprises in Detroit, MI. I got mine in two days.
  5. That blue is dope. That was my second color choice behind my iridescent pearl tricoat.
  6. MVI has programmed my HMI to support OEM DVD/Blu-Ray playback. Is there anything in the HMI relating to the park assist that may be the cause? It worked perfectly with the old cluster...I guess I could put it back in to see if it works....if it does, then we know it's the Denali cluster. Can you tell me where to find the park assist module so I can see which one it is?
  7. I just discovered a potential issue... I have gotten a "Service Rear Park Assist" message on my cluster a couple of times. The graphic and camera are working on the 8" Infotainment screen and it is beeping as normal, but there is no graphic popping up on the new Denali cluster like it did on the stock one. Anyone else have this issue?
  8. I don't believe you can get a 2017+ cluster with blue lighting to work in a 2015. According to all the reading I did, the model years have to match. You can contact Chris and he can confirm that though.
  9. LOL! What year is your truck? 2017 and later, GMC went to blue lighted. Edit: Nevermind. I just saw you have a 2015. You're out of luck bud.
  10. Rockin' the new Denali cluster I just got back from Chris.
  11. Just got mine back and installed it once I figured out how to release the damn harness connector!!! Works and looks great! Thanks Chris! I now have Denali cluster, LTZ DL3 mirrors, and OEM GM DVD/Blu-Ray....my truck's a mutt! LOL!
  12. Umm you forgot the wheel area.
  13. Because everyone's phones and/or cases are different.
  14. Oh geez. GM would find a thousand loopholes to skate around responsibility; i.e. blaming it on the phone manufacturer for changing specs, software, design, etc. They could even claim protective cases impede the charging. There are WAY too many variables at play here to prove GM knowingly prevented some vehicles and/or phones from charging properly. Perhaps you'd find quicker satisfaction by setting up a GoFundMe so you can buy a module. Hell, if all of us who've told you to buy one and move on contributes just a couple bucks, you'd have one by now!
  15. You are one patient man! My time and aggravation is worth more than the 100 bucks I spent on the dang thing. By the way, there is no "revised 2017 module".
  16. Makes perfect sense, thank you! I'll keep my stock cluster stored away in case I ever want to reinstall it later. Now, if FedEx will just hurry up and get here so I can turn it right back around to Chris! I got the cluster from Specmo and they are only about 10 minutes from Chris. I tried to get them to ship it across town to Chris to save me time and money on shipping, but they said they don't drop-ship. Oh well. Now it's coming from Michigan to Louisiana, back to Michigan the same day I get it, and back to Louisiana.
  17. Does anyone know if the stock cluster can be reinstalled back into the truck after the new Denali cluster has been programmed and installed? Not that I foresee a reason to ever switch back to stock, but I'm just curious if it would work. I'm guessing no, but I thought I'd ask. I bet only one part number can be attached to each VIN.
  18. Ordered a Denali cluster to send to WAMS for programming.
  19. I'd be more concerned about where the smoke was coming from than the glass.
  20. I don't know either, but I'm watching the same video you are, and the man (who looks to be 200lbs - way less than the 650lbs max they indicate) is causing them to flex substantially. Probably the mounts or the mounting points (body sheetmetal?) or both. Either way, it's moot to me because they're as ugly as homemade sin!
  21. No sir, it's clearly the mounting brackets for those steps doing the flexing.
