  1. Called nearly all of the 26 dealers in the country who show stock and FINALLY found a dealer with two available for sale! I have one on the way! Woohoo!
  2. Well, GM Parts Online just canceled my order. Said "no inventory available". This sucks.
  3. OEM step boards have since been taken off and replaced with Amp Research. I need to get a new pic of it now if it will ever quit raining!
  4. Ride quality is excellent. Better than stock in my opinion. I'm about to order Fox coilovers for it, ride should get even better then.
  5. I just ordered it from one of the online parts houses. Hopefully, they can find one for me. My local dealer just told me he couldn't get it so I took to the interwebs.
  6. I have a 2017 with 6.5" Zone lift and I am running stock 20" wheels with 35x12.50 Toyo R/T. No spacers needed at all. No trimming and no rubbing. I do have 1.5" spacers in the back, but that is just to match the front trackwidth.
  7. My dealer gave me a list of every dealer within 500 miles who showed the 2018 wireless module 13521066 in stock. I called all of them today and they each had ONE that had been ordered for a customer. Where are you guys getting these? National backorder makes them hard to find.
  8. Three of the part numbers Chris listed for the 2017's show to have been superseded by part # 84380242 (see screenshot). He said it should work in theory but he hasn't seen this part number in person yet. Would you guys bite the bullet and take the risk in ordering it? Seems to me if three confirmed working clusters all changed to this same part number, it should work also. Chris' site says not to order a cluster without first verifying compatibility. In this case though, he cannot confirm so I guess I have to be the guinea pig! Also, has anyone ordered and had it drop-shipped directly to him for programming to save time and shipping costs?
  9. +1000! And it looks dumb as hell.
  10. Rubber decal/adhesive removal wheel in a drill. You're welcome.
  11. I just purchased a set of DL3 mirrors from a member here and installed them on my 2017 LT with Phil's harnesses. It took me about an hour on the driver's door since this was my first time removing the door panels and I was following his instructional video. Very easy to do. The passenger side took me 15-20 minutes because I knew exactly what I was doing by then! The harnesses and mirrors work great! I'm just waiting on the power folding switch to arrive Wednesday so I can utilize the folding function and the install will be 100% complete. Phil is great and communicates quickly if you have questions. I highly recommend! My stock harnesses are boxed up to go back to him so he can pay it forward to someone else and I can get my $100 back! The hardest part of the install (for me at least), was getting the five retention clips along the tops of the door panels (along the window) to release. Those things were TIGHT!!! The chrome mirror caps that came on the DL3's broke tabs (as expected), but I was able to remove my painted ones without breaking anything and transfer them over to the new mirrors. That was nerve-wracking, but I got it done.
  12. That's my problem...they didn't send those washers in the package. They have sent me some new bolts with those captive washers on them that look like yours. That should solve my issue.
  13. Do your lower linkage bracket bolts look the same as mine?
  14. Thanks for the reply. Would you mind taking a pic of the lower bolts on your linkage brackets please? I am in talks with Amp and I believe they sent me the wrong hardware. I am waiting on an answer from their engineer. This is what my lower bolt looks like....it is loose in an oversized sheetmetal hole and there is no washer under it. Before I can get close to 16 ft-lbs, the sheet metal begins to bend and distort into the recess in the bottom of the linkage bracket. They are sending me a new controller for the light problem. The lights worked fine for 2 days and then all four just quit. I know it isn't a wiring problem because they worked for two days and I didn't touch anything or even move the truck.
  15. This is awesome! Will be next mod for sure! Thanks!
  16. Put my AMP steps on...and...... just like everyone elses, the front gap vs. rear gap is uneven AND all four lights quit working!
  17. Well, I got the AMP steps installed this weekend....was not really a fun project even with the plug-n-play. The alignment of the steps against the body when retracted is annoying. The front of the step is lower from the body than the rear. Research shows this is common on the Silverados. I like them otherwise.
  18. I DON'T like it when dudes stare at me....whether discreetly or indiscreetly.
  19. I just found the lowest price I could online (which was some sketchy website I wasn't comfortable ordering from) and asked them to match it. They beat the price by $1 AND threw in free overnight shipping. I just got them an hour ago in fact.
