Please excuse the dirt and grill, haven't had the chance to wash it yet. And I'm in the middle of color matching the grill, lights, and bumpers iridium metallic. its a painful process in the Pacific Northwest where it rains 8 days a week.
I'll grab some photos during my lunch break, I got the kit a year or two again and installed it myself. Brand is Daystar. simple install and have had no problems with it so far. I take the truck to the mountains multiple times every year, so it gets used.
I've got a 2.5 leveling kit in mine and just had 275/70/18 nitto grappler G2's put on yesterday. at full lock they are about half an inch from touching the carpet liner. with a 3.5 you could definitely go higher, but I'm not how high.
Damn, that would be perfect. Yea I thought 1900 sounded a little crazy just to paint something. It said they were charging like $700 just for labor. Thanks for the reply. I'll keep looking for a better deal.
I just had my local body shop quote me $1900 to paint my bumpers and fender flares for my truck... that seems a little high just for a paint job. if you don't mind me asking, how much did yours cost you?
Agreed, but I can't seem to get close enough with any combination I try. I have some Tungsten plasti dip coming in the mail, have you tried that color? maybe with a metalizer and gloss coat.
i'm wondering if anyone has some pics of an iridium metallic sierra or Silverado with black fender flares. my bumpers are chrome and I'm thinking of getting finder flares soon, but I don't know how black will look with the color. I know you can get a body shop to color match them, which looks great, but I'm curious how they will look before spending the extra money. I cant seem to find any pics using my google fu skills. additionally, do you think black bumpers would look ok with an iridium body?
