    My 2018 has the 5.3 and to be honest it's got some zip, more than the old 96 Ram with the 360 I had. I didn't buy a truck to be a hot rod I have a Mustang GT for that and if you pull your 6.2 next to it and get froggy you're going to get a good look at my taillights.

    What, a person can't put an opinion out without someone getting his panties in a wad? Please enlighten me as to why you think those tailgates are so wonderful. If you need a step use your bumper. What else is it good for???

    I like the looks of the new Chevy,1500, the front of the GMC looks like crap and that new tailgate is a joke and a waste of good money.

    A home builder customer of mine has a 17 that looks just like my 18, LT, silver, double cab. He has 103K trouble free miles already.

    Got this 2018 Silverado last week, it had 18,500 on the clock. Tailgate's been keyed already, drive out tags make it a target here. Got 100% of the dent and most of the scratch out. Little different than the 2010 Ranger I was in, it's like driving my den.
