  1. I went with the Demon Hooks. Plays well off of the Satin Steel color. From AMI
  2. It’s a new badge. I used a razor blade to gently pry up on the top and bottom of the 6.2 badge. Once I raised it a tad near the corner, I used a small flat blade screwdriver to get it to raise up and the adhesive/tape to give a little. I made it hard on myself on the first one. I was so happy to get it raised and started - I bent it back and pulled it off rather quickly - the original badge is a thin steel or aluminum. Anyways, it left a sh^t ton of adhesive behind for me to gently scrape and clean off. The second one, I started it the same way - and as I bent it back I used my fingertip to push back the adhesive and went slowly. I was able to get 90% off this way and it went MUCH quicker. I love the look. Price was around $66 or so for the set.
  3. It quiets down at speed. You’ll only notice it get loud again when you you need to drop down a gear or two. I have to say, I love it when it gets loud at about 3000 rpm.
  4. Some good YouTube clips showing the comparison between the two. My opinion is the S Type is deep with a medium volume under acceleration. The Atak is deep but raspy too. I debated the purchase, but smiled my ass off when I first started my truck with the Atak installed. Happy with my choice. Lots of S Type systems on the street with GM’s factory option “Performance Package”. Might even have one at your dealer.
  5. Hey Ryan, wondering about your thoughts after installing the Rotofab CAI. I’m debating the purchase but haven’t heard much from owners who have installed it.
  6. Did install the Nittos on the 20” GMC rims with no lift? Did you have to do some cutting for fit? I’ve been wanting the Undercover SwingCases but last I checked they didn’t fit the AT4 due to the multipro tailgate. Did you order the standard Sierra model that says w/o multipro tailgate and install?
  7. The screen makes me think it looks kind of Honda-like at first glance. Gear buttons look a little goofy like that. I like a little technology, and would prefer they do something a little snazzier on the gauge set-up, similar to what Audi Virtual Cockpit has done for their main gauge cluster with multiple options. The rounded off gauges on my GMC give me a dated feel. +1 for the column shifter on a trucks. Earlier comments on this thread are going to make me look into the Denali dash/console.
  8. Can you give me make and model on the front and rear lights?? I want to do something with lighting that subtle and your choices are right up my alley. The bumper steps are genius. At some point I need to stop with the mods....but why!!
  9. Looks awesome. I need to get motivated is all. Too much work and 100 degree days are stifling my motivation.....no garage to work out of.
  10. I installed the anthracite color since it plays well off the satin steel paint color.
  11. I got the RetraxPro MX installed yesterday. Does not interfere with the multipro tailgate. Love it. Glad I made the purchase.
  12. Picked her up in mid-May. I did a Borla Atak cat back, Demon Hooks 2.0 in lieu of the red tow hooks, and yesterday had a RetraxPro MX tonneau cover installed. I bought the blacked out GMC front and rear badges to replace the red on the grille and tailgate, but have yet to install. I picked up some carbon fiber badgeskins (on Etsy) for the red 4 on the AT4 door logos, but they covered like sh*t so I peeled them off after a day. They left just a touch of red behind, so I'll have to find something better.
