  1. Thats what im thinking too. Cause all this started as soon as i put a new battery in. I'm getting it taken to the shop next week for a more in debth look on the transmission and run it through another scanner.
  2. ill try to summarize this as best i can to make this an easy read. Started out having to replace upper control arms, lower ball joints, and new tires one week ago. Which lead me to getting an alignment. while my truck was on the lift it died and the guys at the shop had to jump it off. well the week following my battery was defiantly showing signs of weakness. On Monday 8/17, was headed out the door and tried to use my Chevy app to start my truck, kept loading and loading and then said i needed to reconnect my truck to the app. same thing with Onstar they were not able to unlock the truck. finally was able to break in. Next day my truck wouldn't even start, had to get it jumped off. As the week went on the truck was still having a hard time cranking. So i went and replaced the battery with the "best battery advanced auto had" which was a DieHard Platinum AGM Battery, Group Size H7, 850 CCA. As soon as i replaced the battery my back up camera kept giving me a (Service rear Vision System). I've checked the fuses and they all seam to be fine. Now here's the kicker. Granted my truck does have 133,000 miles on it because i drive from Dalton to Atlanta for work. Wednesday night im driving home, and my truck begins to slightly jump like its misfiring a cylinder. Its not real bad but just enough to know that somethings up. Next morning drive to work, and still kinda feeling weird and then it begins to make a hissy noise when i accelerate. i can definitely tell you it has never made that noise before. To beat it all, Yesterday 8/21, im driving home from work, and my truck started making this awful sound under the cab around the transmission, and jumping real bad like the transmission is slipping. get down, the interstate about 15 miles and then the RPMs start going wacko. Im at about 40-50 MPH and in between 3000-4500 RPM and i know that is not ok. finally make it home and took it to a family friend who has a shop, runs a scan on it and code pops up for torque converter in the transmission along with 16 other codes. Now I can tell you, i had ZERO issues with this truck until i put a new battery in it and now trucks at home and im having to drive another vehicle. Someone enlighten me on whats going on because this is above my head. See attached images and video. Thanks IMG_4597.MOV
