Is anybody using these oil drain plugs/valve? Seems like an easy way to change your oil Is there a reason not to use them?

I also found my seat a little hard......old bones i guess This cushion from amazon is very comfortable, makes a world of difference + it's not too thick

Do you guys think the Bilstein 5100 would improve the ride over OE (non-rancho) shocks?

So if you are one to change your own oil how would you prove that the oil was changed (serviced properly)....if in fact something were to happen?
