Mine does the same thing very annoying! Also I can send text just fine, just cannot reply when someone texts me it says it's sent but it's not

Boy I must be one of the lucky ones had mine updated October 8th and it's working flawlessly. Just curious what build version did they install, I'm running y175.5 with Android 12

Had mine updated last Tuesday,now android 12 and version 175.5 all seems well

No it should not be grainy. I have a 22.5 RST, the rear camera is sharp and clear.

I have been using google assistant(not android auto) to text in my 22.5 rst for over a year now and it has worked great. Two days ago went to text my wife went through the normal prompts (ok google-message Deb-Deb sure whats the message- on my way home)-instead of saying its sent it just keeps saying Deb sure whats the message and never sends. The weird thing is i can reply to a message that has been sent to me no with no problem! all other functions work fine (phone calls ect.) I have restarted the infotainment system (held down mute button on steering wheel) tried a different messaging app on my phone, and finally i factory reset the unit with no luck. Anyone come across anything like this? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks

Same thing is happening in my 22 RST. It started happening after i had the infotainment system updated. I just mute the radio for a moment and all is well! Definitely a glitch.

You can change in vehicle settings what the button does on the handle you can set it to unlock all the doors at once that's the way I have mine

Double pull from the INSIDE not from the outside! The buttons on the door handles unlock the back doors from outside the truck

Detailer did a great job! Never again will I let the dealership wash any of my vehicles!

UPDATE Took it to the dealer today they did take responsibility for it, of course they have someone who can take care of it so i told them that i wanted to take it to a place i used before and trust i told him the name of the shop and son of a bi..h if they don't contract with them to do their detailing! i will be talking to the detailer to make sure i am getting paint correction not just a buff job. At least i feel better that i trust the shop.

I took my truck to the dealer for service last week and they washed it,the sun was out today and i noticed swirl marks all over the truck it looks terrible! I only hand wash with two buckets and take great care when washing it. I am beyond upset! I will be taking it to the dealer tomorrow, i hope they take care of it.any suggestions on how i should handle this?

Onstar was no help at all, 40 min on hold and no answers I would take it to the dealer.

I believe you need to have your software version updated I had mine done yesterday tons of bug fixes! Although I wasn't having this issue I believe it was on the list of things it fixed. I had mine updated at the dealer because I was not getting over the air updates current version is 167.4.2

Lots of bug fixes! i also got the updated app and it is now showing my latest updates. i told the dealer that my forward collision warning was coming on randomly (it wasn't) that way they check for updates on the BCM they found updates for that also

I too was not getting OTA updates. Took the truck in today they updated the infotainment system to the latest version which is now version 167.4 they had no answers as to why I'm not getting updates. They are thinking this might fix the issue

Yep same thing on my RST. Took some sandpaper and sanded it down!
