    Thanks for all the help. Thought maybe was security but don't care if activated. Ever notice how no one cares when a car alarm goes off? LOL!

    2014 silverado with a small flashing red light on upper dash near windshield (not on indicator panel). Cannot find any info on what this flashing red light is for in owners manual. Anyone know what it is? It is always flashing even when truck not running.
