I agree. Marcus has been nothing but a total disaster for the GM Card. Have been waiting on points and rewards for 3 months now..they set up multiple case files on this, but nothing ever happens. It's been 90 days already. So I just stopped using this fricking card and I will NEVER EVER AGAiN buy a GM car...Good riddance...never had a one problem with Capital One. Not that I ever used this feature, but if you ever needed a cash advance, you could always get up to 25% of you credit limit..in my case, $3,750...but under Marcus, this is now only $600. SO I called to find out if I was singled out as I have a credit score of 828. No one could answer this question and no one was aware of this decrease. They are totally clueless..I was on the phone over 45 minutes to get no answer...Pathetic...
