I don't agree with what GM said, apparently this is a feature, and that any other vehicle driving over that road would do the same thing. I think they just dont want to fix it. I've never experienced any shaking like that in a vehicle before.

GM refused to fix this, and said it was a normal feature of the tuck.

Has anyone had any luck getting this issue fixed? The video I posted was the 3rd set of mirrors installed on my 2023. It is currently at the dealership again for replacement but I don't have faith it will be fixed. 20240818_104013_1.mp4

I have a 2023 with shaking mirrors too. The video I posted is the 3rd set if mirrors the dealership has installed. It is currently getting a new set of mirrors installed. Has anyone found a fix to this? 20240818_104013_1.mp4
