I have a 2020 2500HD SLT. Screen started cutting out and then went dark, other than on startup the GMC logo pops up and then blank. Tried removing the fuse, holding the power button for 10 seconds, finally disconnected both batteries, reconnected, and it worked for 2 trips. My guess is the dealer can refresh and get it to work, but I am ordering a Tesla style 15.6 inch screen for $1200. Had quotes from 1600-3k for replacement but its not a complicated process. Will replace myself and let you know how it goes.
