  1. Wow brother. That's some crazy stuff going on there. Besides taking it to the dealer, only thing I can suggest is "Do NOT" feed it after midnight!

  3. I concur. My 2015 Silverado has done that as long as I can remember. After I first noticed I mentioned it when I took it in for service. Yep - Got that "It's normal" statement because of the low idle. Always thought it was going to stall out. Also have that "Chevy Shake". Mostly above 65mph. Of course, service says "cannot duplicate" even though everyone knows it's there. Even after all this time, when I feel that at a red light, I immediately look at the RPM gauge thinking somethings wrong. "It's normal" they say...
  4. Ac not blowing cold

    Wife's 2015 Buick Encore (GM) condenser went out about 7 months ago, just out of warranty. Leaking from a seam. When I took it back for replacement ($1,100.00) once the part came in the following week, service manager told me that they (GM) had noticed a problem with the condensers for that year. He knew I also had a 2015 Silverado and told me the next time I brought it in for service to have them check the condenser. Wife was scheduled to take it in last Friday and she told me the Tuesday before that the A/C was blowing warm air. Also just out of warranty. While there they noticed that there was a leak along the seam and it needed to be replaced, $1,200.00. Dropped it off today for the replacement. I do have to admit that the service manager was able to get a little GM assistance with hers and a little with mine, so that helps. I can see where this does not look like a wide spread problem, but if the service manager has known for a while, and both of our 2015's having the same issue, it kinda hits me a little harder. Die-hard GM guy here, so just venting a little, not going away.

  7. Pretty good so far. Did they fix the "sounds like the passenger back window is down" noise? But main question is - With what you know of it right now, would YOU go out and buy one? We always hear "Never buy the first year of a new style". It looks good, some good reviews, but would you spend $40K on one right now? Center arm rest doesn't look comfortable. Don't like the center cut out, elbow would always try to slide down into it. I like the solid cover like in my 2010. Thanks

  9. I don't know if this is the same with most others, but my wife doesn't hear anything in the passenger seat, while it sounds like the back passenger window is down to me. Maybe you should let the service manager drive it if he says he can't hear anything and you do. Just a thought.

  11. I haven't heard anything from the dealer, although he said he would call on Monday. I've been extremely busy at work and I can't seem to fit in time to follow up with him. Seeing as tomorrow is Saturday, I will get some answers then... unless I'm having too much fun sleddin' in all this snow we're supposed to get tonight. OK. Thought you would have had the new one on by now. I know how excited you were to begin with. Have fun with the snow, don't have that down here in southeast Georgia. Keep us updated.
