  1. Or a raging temper like mine when it comes to idiots and my vehicles. Meeting or not, I'd of found time to get even. And by even, I mean do something to satisfy my temper. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. Is the lot just for where you work? If so I'd of tracked them down and beaten them. Or taken a bat to the mirrors since they clearly don't use them anyhow. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. How in the hell does that happen? Did they come and get you or was it just left like that? If someone left their car against my truck like that they'd be finding alternate transportation home afterward. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. I don't want to do a build but then again I told myself I wasn't gonna mod the Silverado this time around when I bought it and that lasted a couple months.
  5. Palmetto State Armory AR15. Just got it this evening. Already ordered some more mags and a rear sight:
  6. Truck hit 30,000 miles today somewhere between Syracuse and Rochester. Only had it since March 2011! Back home too. I've been gone so long the apt smells new again. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. I don't even look at the total when I buy gas. Now I gotta decide if I want to start my trip back to Michigan tonight. I don't land in NH till like 10:30. I may just cave and get a hotel for the night. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. Had that on my CB in high school. Used it a ton to heckle the idiot protestors who gathered at the state house to protest going to war with Iraq/pres. Bush in general.
  9. Up at St Ignace Caddy had a trio of CTS-Vs on display in this incredible metallic black. Not sure of the color but it looked killer. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Carbon flash probably Ryan Sounds right I think. I loved it. My friends g/f told him she wanted him to paint her Jimmy the same color.

  11. Little behind as I'm on vacation and phone service is weak here. Left Michigan at 4 am Thursday and got into NH a bit before 7pm. Lunch with the guys from work, closed out my months expenses and Saturday visited some friends I hadn't seen since February and left that night for Vermont, where I am now. On vacation here all week, can't believe it's Wednesday already. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. One overnight trip I finish tomorrow, work in my "office" Wednesday and Thursday I leave to head back east for vacation with my parents and brother. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. Yeah but the noise bothers me. If work continues at the pace it has I'll probably genuinely wear these out before the year is up anyhow. Averaging 3000-3500 miles a month since the move.
  14. No one will forget you incident Ryan Well I know you jerks won't let me forget but at least now I won't need to be reminded of it every time I walk up to the truck. I also gotta get the truck in for an alignment after my trip tomorrow/Tuesday cause the fronts have gotten choppy and I noticed yesterday I can actually see a fair bit of negative camber in the front end.
  15. Brought my tuck up to the friend with the body shop and got him to buff out the mark Silver Lake left on my drivers door. It was good to get out, I haven't done anything but work it seems since my weekend at St. Ignace at the end of last month. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  16. I use photobucket for photos. So much easier. Upload it and it even generates the correct code to post it on a forum like this.
  17. Nothing with my truck, I'm still in Saudi Arabia. But the engineer who has been driving my coworker and I from the hotel to the jobsite stopped for fuel today. Here, fuel is 0.60 Riyals per liter, or about 2.40 Riyals per gallon. It takes 3.75 Riyals to get $1 USD so that means premium is about 61 cents per gallon. Regular is 43 cents/gal. Quite a few fullsize GM SUVs here, mostly 900s. A few of the 900 pickups too. Tons and tons of Hilux trucks and ones from Suzuki and Mitsubishi. The military has some seriously awesome 2-door Series 70 Toyota Land Cruisers. The Series 70s were sold as 4-doors here for a short while and are awesome rigs- front, center and rear diff locks, good I6 engine and the short wheelbase of the 2-door makes them nimble little things. I've also seen at least 3 generations of the Caprice here and I really wish GM would hurry up and sell me one. I know the SS is coming but it will likely be a very well equipped model and I won't be able to afford it. Here, they can be had like a mid-range Impala- cloth seats, simple stereo but with RWD and a 6.0 V8! Also seen a very nice Lambo and tonight a Rolls Royce. Sorry, no pics. I left my phone at home as it would not work here.
  18. I miss my truck. It's sitting in an airport garage and I'm in Saudi Arabia.
  19. It was a good time, too bad ya couldn't make it. It was obviously my first time but the crew I went up with has been coming up for a long time and this was the best turnout they've seen in ages. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  20. Me or Sarah? I have stock Bridgestones and she has a thread somewhere about finding a smoking deal on some barely used BFG ATs. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  21. Here are some pics with a real camera: Also tried a night shot tonight, sill learning the controls on the camera- Yep, that's a night shot. Just a long exposure.
  22. I don't care, I've spent the past two days wandering downtown St. Ignace drooling over incredible cars and trucks. Man did the show bring out the weirdos though! Had BC Pizza for lunch/dinner (we ate at like 4:00 after a late breakfast, so call it what you want ). Holy crap do they make good food! They have locations all over northern MI I guess. Got the long drive south tomorrow whenever I get get my butt in gear then Monday it's back to reality with work. I leave for the Saudi trip Thursday. Total travel time going out will be like 19 hours, slightly less coming back because of better flights though I do have to fly out of Chicago so even once I get home it's 3-4 hours more driving. Fun fact I learned studying travel guides for this trip- in some parts of the middle east, red GMCs are extremely popular because it is believed they do not get stuck in the sand dunes. Not making that up!
  23. Pointed the truck north for about four hours and ended up here: Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  24. This weekend. I'll be leaving (hopefully) by noon on Friday and headed back Sunday whenever.
  25. Drove to my job this week in Illinois. Forgot about the time change and got there an hour early and had to wait. Then go! My friend is bringing his 69 Chevelle and a friend of his has an older Monte that is going up.
