  1. The antenna fits really good and snug. I didn't use threadlocker on mine and wouldn't recommend it. Not sure if Ryan did or not. These antennas don't have a place to put a wrench on it like the factory whip and if you use even a blue threadlocker, taking it off would be a problem and probably damage the antenna rendering it useless. Here's a link for the KEYO1E if anyone needs. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07KVTYYLF/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_bmh7Cb8ZQ5Q2P
  2. An option. Would look better than red.
  3. Some members have done the lettering. I'd go black on the hooks. I think the red looks tacky... My opinion.

  5. Nice looking trucks guys?
  6. Go with the KEYO1E shorty. It's copper wound and has great reception. Very satisfied with mine.
  7. Some level by lifting the front and some by lowering the back. I leveled mine using Wulf suspension 2" drop shackles.
  8. Well what? You mean how does he like it?
  9. Search OE Creations for 2019. https://www.wheelpros.com/wheels/oe-creations/
  10. Thanks. They are OE Creations PR196 22" and just came available a few weeks ago. Wheel Pros is the distributor for OE Creations and I got them from a local shop. These came from Wheel Pros New Orleans warehouse. It's a 2019 OEM style wheel. Quality is superb and finish is flawless. I'm very picky about my wheels and extremely satisfied with these. They balanced out perfect and required very little weight.
  11. You don't have a '19 yet so have you seen these monster 4 piston calipers for '19?? I have 22's and like said stop on a dime. Hey it's your money so spent it how you see fit but you are under estimating the stopping power on these new '19 brakes. I can't justify 2k but maybe you can. And no, the '18 isn't the same and not even close. The brake system for '19 is totally different. '19 now incorporates the ZF IBC system.
  12. Metallic and carbon tint blocks heat well also and is cheaper than ceramic.
  13. Thanks for the compliment. I'm with you. Can't do the black wheels either.. I don't care for the look and think they are too "rattle can" looking. A few guys local just recently took off black and one put silver the other put chrome.
  14. I'm satisfied with the new larger 4 piston calipers and the ZF IBC (integrated brake controller). Calipers are much larger this year and stops on a dime and are a big improvement over my '16. Can't see 2k on upgraded brakes but if you see the need for them go for it. Upgraded pads and rotors would be an option if they're available yet. Also, MGP makes nice caliper covers for the '19. Calipercovers.com. Any color and engraving for Silverado/Sierra. There's a youtube vid on these.
  15. Thanks bud. I really like the wheels. Gotten several compliments on them so far. The Michelins ride great. Had them road force balanced and required very little weight.
  16. Correct, RST with an LTZ grille. Swapped the yellow bowtie from the LTZ grille for the black on my RST grille. I did the grille swap it was easy.
  17. Installed these 22" wheels with Michelin Premier LTX tires. They're very smooth and ride great. Had them road force balanced and required little weights.
  18. What calipers?? Don't know what you're referring too for 2K . Was this supposed to be a reply to another thread?
  19. KEYO1 shorty antenna (great reception), 35% tint over rear factory privacy, 20% front doors, 22's with Michelin Premier LTX tires (rides great) and 2" drop shackles.
  20. Yep, previous gen Silverado's were around 20% now I think the '19's are closer to 30-35%.
  21. The factory doesn't use window film. As said, the factory privacy glass is tinted inside the glass and can't be removed. Window film can be added on top of the factory privacy to darken it. The factory privacy glass is lighter than previous years though.
