I'm looking man! And as long as stuff is covered under warranty I'll do the work. My labor is free and it's only $50 in fluids. They say you can race on this transmission and not void warranty. The thing will chirp 35" tires pulling into second gear. I have a feeling that is part of the problem Sent while in 'Murica...

Its covered under warranty, I'll let them deal with it if it blows up. Just, it will blow when I need it the most lol. I just had the transfer case off, didn't really think to check the output shaft. I looked at it when I cleaned off the old gasket, but I didn't really inspect it. Really not up for the task of yanking that thing again. Was his truck echoing it through the driveshaft, making it hard to pinpoint the noise? Cause like everyone knows, Ive basically replaced the entire drivetrain in the past 4 months so I didn't even think that it would be something to do with the transmission, ughhh

That's no good. Sorry to hear that Chris. On another note, I swapped out my tcase for fun today. Thinking that bearing noise was coming from my output shaft bearing I swapped in my old tcase which was fine before I yanked it for no apparent reason. Well, the noise is either coming from the transmission or rear end. Please don't let it be the transmission It is not rpm related but speed related. You can hear it at about 55+ gets real bad around 70-80. Not sure how it can only be speed related cause I held it in second gear at the general rpm and it didn't make the noise. Damn this sucks... 13.5 hand calculated. Not bad IMO for a lifted truck. And that's on a "performance" tune running 87. Gives me better mileage compared to 93, weird.. Sent while in 'Murica...

Look up a youtube video on it. You clean the contact points with some sandpaper and it makes it work again. Did mine a month ago and it's still working. It's just a weight that slides it to close the circuit

Towed the boat down to the river earlier to do some catfishing with a couple buddies. Took my dads truck since mine has some sort of bearing going out, again. Hes got the first model year that they came out with the 6 speed. Oh man, that thing tows it with ease compared to my truck. Next truck is deff. a 6 speed for me!

I've done it before these are just replacements from the damage the deer did last week. Did have to order a new set of HID's though cause the ones in there the top tab broke. Just more work that I don't feel like doing lol

Got replacement fogs in today: Need to modify the housings so I can fit the HID's in them and just waiting on replacement valence

Definitely more air flow now. My driver's side vent barely blew air out now it's a lot better but not sure why it's much weaker than all the other vents

I didn't. It's only like $300 in damage and that's on the steep side. But supposedly I can claim it if it's under a certain amount and I don't pay a deductible and I get reimbursed for it. Not sure if it affects my rate though. It shouldn't considering it's nothing I could have avoided. I may also claim my other tow mirrors when that owl flew across the road and I smacked it lol

Sucks but it's not the worst thing that could have happened. I could have nailed it dead on, airbags deploy, and insurance would total the truck out do to miles. That would probably make me cry lol
