  1. Hey Guys, I have a 2017 Sierra Denali with the GM power assist steps. For the very most part, they work well and I like them. However, very occasionally (about once a month), I'll open the driver's side door and the step will fail to extend. If I close the door and re-open it, the steps seem to return to normal operation. I'm not actuating the center stack switch prior to this occurring. Sometimes it can be a little dangerous, in that I'll open the door and just assume that the step will be there, but it isn't. I reported this problem to my dealer, but he couldn't find anything wrong. Not surprising, since it's happening so intermittently. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Thanks for any input that can be offered.
  2. So I bought a used 2014 Sierra SLT All Terrain knowing there were certain aspects that weren’t exactly what I wanted but choosing to sacrifice for mileage and overall package. One of those was that the bumper does not have corner steps by the tailgate. This is proving to be more of a pain than I though especially considering when my current tires are worn I’m swapping to much larger tires and possible a lift. Anybody have ideas or advise on swapping the bumper? Best I’ve seen eBay and a body shop respraying in my body color is best. Am I right?
  3. Hey guys I have a set of AMP power boards off my 2018 Silverado 1500 crew cab then can be cut down for quad cab to make them shorter! 8 months old and they have a 5 year warranty paid 1800$ after install asking $850 great deal!!
  4. Hello, Does anyone have or know where to purchase a set of trim-mode steps? We are looking for a set for our 16' Sierra SLT. Thanks!
  5. Has anyone else here installed the Havoc HS2 steps? I'm curious about the durability others are seeing with them. I want to know if I got a one off bad set or if this is just how they are.
  6. I have a 2019 Silverado 2500. I’m looking to trade my chrome side steps and window trim molding for black ones. Also the 4 horizontal chrome grill inserts for black ones as well. Located close to valdosta,GA
  7. N-fab C1489CC-SS Polished Stainless Steel Nerf Steps; Wheel 2 Wheel 2 steps per side. Fits 14-18 Chevy/GMC 1500 Crew Cab 5.75' Short Bed Used 1 week. local pick up only. Too much cost to ship as they have to go truck freight or Greyhound.
  8. I had some Tri-Mode Steps on my 2018 Sierra Denali Ultimate, however I removed and sold them due to not liking the Chrome or how far they hung down.. I was under the impression I could get some AMP Powersteps that were plug n' play and I could just plug them into the existing wiring harness under the truck were the old ones connected in? Is that not the case? It seems like it would be quite easy to mount them and utilize the existing harness since it already correctly handles when to drop/raise the boards, etc. Is this possible?
  9. Brand new black 4" round step tubes. Came with my new truck and I don't want them as I have a different set I am buying. Brand new $500 plus all day. Took off immediately when I got the truck home from the dealership so why not save some money and buy these! Any questions feel free to ask! Comes with all hardware as well! Asking 400 OBO Plus shipping or will meet somewhere in between
  10. Should i go with cab length or wheel to wheel length? https://www.realtruck.com/comparison/?plines=5776%2C%2C%2C5773&url=%2Fnerf-bars%2Fblack%2FR204339.html%3FFilter1%3D4294966987
  11. I went Ranch Hand all the way around and I'm selling my stock bumpers and steps. The truck was at 6,000 miles when they came off. Great overall shape, minor wear and tear, front bumper has some bugs on it but I'll clean those off with a little Mother's chrome cleaner. North Dallas area, pickup only, make me an offer. Thanks, Ryan
  12. I am having the AMP Research power steps installed on my truck on Monday. I am taking off the OEM chrome 6" nerf bar steps. The pictures were taken this morning. They are fully functional, no damage. They have standard wear and tear on them. I highlighted examples of this standard wear and tear by close up pictures of the areas most worn (scratches). These things have seen snow, mud and gravel roads and always look great after washing them off. I live in so cal so my truck is not exposed to these elements more than once a month or so. Anyways, lots of pics and I can take more. Asking $350 for the pair, buyer pays shipping and chooses method.I can ship them out as early as Wednesday next week. Thanks, Nate Note, the close up chrome pic is the same section of chrome that I took a picture of from a foot back. This highlights that those scratches can only be seen when looking really closely at them... aka minor scratches. Also not there is a bit of dirt from my shoes, the black plastic is not faded. The truck is garaged at home and at work and detailed regularly.

  23. Hey everyone. I have a few items for sale. Pm me if interested. Steps for crew cab chrome. -$200 Rancho front coil over shocks - $80 Also have a rough country leveling kit for a 2008-2013 Silverado from my old truck. Asking $50 the picture I have for this won't upload. But I can send it to anyone by email if interested.
  24. I bought a new 2015 GMC Crew Cab yesterday, drove it to the house, and I'm taking stuff off of it. First to come off are the 6" Chrome Steps Nerf Bars. $350 OBO (plus shipping). I'm located in the Houston Area (Conroe, Woodlands, Humble)
  25. I am selling a BRAND NEW, unopened set of the Factory GM side steps for the new Silverado/Sierra. They are the 6" Chrome rectangular steps, part number 22805440. They fit the 2014-2015 Silverado and Sierra 1500, 2500, and 3500 Double Cabs. I wound up with them as an extra set when I bought my truck new. They were a "dealer installed option" that the dealer "forgot" to install. I hadn't looked at the window sticker which was folded in an envelope when I picked the truck up, so I didn't realize the truck was supposed to have them... (plus a chrome exhaust tip and center console divider.... $1000 worth of options they "forgot" to put on!!!) Anyways... a few weeks after picking the truck up I happened to pull the window sticker out to look at and realized the mistake. Unfortunately for me I had already ordered and installed a set of Lund steps from Amazon, and because the GM steps were "ordered with the truck" I got stuck with them. So, they're 100% brand new, I've attached pictures of them in the box that I took today after going back to the dealer to pick them up. I'm not going to open them for the time being in case I need to ship them, but I've attached a stock photo as well. I paid $750 for these through the dealer. I'd like to get $650/bro
