    AFE muffler with cutout flapper and leave screens sounds as good and is less than $200. Full catback can be 10 times the price??

    I added the lower chrome piece and I had to remove the bumper and is was not easy. If you don’t like chrome don’t buy a slt or Denali???

    Get it installed yet? Any tips or pictures would be appreciated. I have got a chain cutter and a sawzall ready to go for Wednesday.

    Muffler was on backorder supposed to be here Wednesday, what did you use to cut the back of the muffler so close? How close did you cut it? Worried about cutting out the flapper the directions say to keep it.

    Are you pleased with it worried about being too loud and getting drone or weird noises once i cut it out kinda tough going back. Any deals out there? Where is the best place to buy?

    Flapper clamped open and screens covered for a while, 5.3 single exit exhaust. I have wanting to replace the muffler and was just wanted advise on AFE and whether to cut out the flapper, cover screens or what? I'm wanting just a good exhaust sound without drone and any weird noises from fuel management. I take this truck on trips with the family and want it to be manageable. Thanks

    Those of you that installed the Airaid Jr intake tube, did you just reset air filter life monitor or did you have to disable it? Thanks.

    I installed the kicker hideaway HS8 and replaced my door speakers with kicker DS and it sounds pretty good. Powered sub does good and it comes with control knob to get bass when you want it. I ran all my wires down the passenger side, ran power wire through rubber grommet to battery, tied the speaker wires to plug under pass dash, and grounded to one of the rear seat bolts. Mounted to the front of the storage with 2 brackets and used the straps also.

    Did you have plenty of room to install the muffler and cut out the flapper? What i am basically asking is did the stock pipes have plenty of length to clamp onto? I would hate to cut too much and the new muffler be too short.

    Does anyone know where I can find the rear 24-293471 in stock? I can’t find them anywhere.

    I have the 8 inch non bose and i have replaced my front and rear speakers with kicker and i was wanting to add the kicker hideaway 10 inch. I was wanting to run power wire to battery, use auto turn on and tap into rear speakers. What color wires did you use and did you use 2 channel or 1 channel or tie both channels to the right rear. I know just enough to get me in trouble so i need some help? Not really wanting to spend $600 on factory sub.

    Anyone know the size of the slt premium pkg 20 inch polished wheels center cap size? I bought the black emblems for front and the back and want to get rid of the red GMC on the wheel center caps, any suggestions vinyl stickers or buy new caps, anyone done this yet? Help

    It’s not gloss black. It’s kind of a metallic black sort of dark gray, one of the reasons I wanted to change it.

    Holy hell, not sure I world recommend this mod to my worst enemy. Had to remove bumper, valance, old insert, fog light wires. Plenty of black tar on fingers to elbows. I’m a big chrome lover (ol school) but not sure it was worth it??

    No part number, Just search ebay for denali chrome lower front bumper.

    I want to replace my black lower front bumper on my slt with the chrome denali one. i found one for sale on ebay. Has anyone changed this part? Does it just clip on? How hard is it to install? Any help would be appreciated? Its the lower middle part that incorporates the tow hooks? Thanks.
