    Front load Ryan. Nice set, but the motor got off balance enough to burn up some electrical components. Sad thing is that I could have gotten a new samsung front load for $600..00 with a $150.00 rebate from our utility company, but didn't want to start over or have a white samsung next to a red lg. Yeah I know, kinda petty but I'm a bit anal when it comes to silly things like that.

    Said goodbye to the Callaway today. Said hello to the nicest car I've ever owned today. Ryan, on Monday I spent $413.40 on a main board, electronic noise filter, motor harness and labor. Diagnosis was $80.00. Motor was covered for ten years or it would have been another $280.00. Purchased the $1000.00 washing machine for $500.00 on black friday 2010. Guess I still have a $1000.00 washing machine that I now only paid $993.40 for just over three years ago. It's an LG...

    And a lot less under warranty. With that power I'd pretty much lose coverage on the entire driveline.     Traded in the Callaway today. Mixed emotions. I'll have it for a few more days as my car is on the rail now and transport tomorrow or Wednesday. Excited about the new SS, runs and drives amazingly well. Also sad to see the Callaway go. Great truck, surprised a lot of people (on closed courses). And now I'm on to another sleeper. Drove the tester by a buddy on Saturday and he thought it was a Malibu SS until I lit up the back tires. May have some parts for sale after the swap, supercharger not included(sorry Chris).

    SS is rated at 14/21. No direct injection or v4 mode. LS3 instead of LT1. I'd like the DI, not the v4.

    It's definitely not cheap, but is loaded to the gills. A similarly optioned Charger SRT8 runs about $55,000. I tend to be the guy(like you didn't notice) who buys the fully optioned model anyway. Had nav on my VMax and not the Callaway and it drives me nuts. I don't like going backwards. The SS is clearly aimed at competing with European performance sedans and not being a bare bones hot rod. Sure drives like one though.

    It's interesting, there are only two options. A sunroof and a spare tire. With both options and the $1300 gas guzzler tax it's $47,170. I'm looking at one on the way without the spare and haggling the price. MSRP of $46,670. They tell me with limited availability there's not a lot of wiggle room. I told 'em to keep wiggling. I guess we'll see what happens.

    I can't keep up with that beast of yours, I may as well try something different. Global for now anyway. Holden will be closing it's(Australian manufacturing) doors in 2017, with the cars still being manufactured and sold by Holden, just being made somewhere else. It really is an impressive car, I may be driving one soon but they've got a bit more work to do with the calculator.
