  1. Thank god you caught my typo.
  2. I finally fixed my vibrations today. I traded my 2014 Vibrator for a 2106 F150. I really do feel for all you guys dealing with this. I just couldn't take it anymore. My dealer wouldn't even try. I guess I need to change my screen name now.
  3. Mines at the dealer today for the over 70 shake. The service writer told me it was tires when I called to make my appt. I don't see this going in my favor.
  4. Yes, aftermarket wheels and tires along with a leveling kit. Just another reason my dealer probably won't want to help. The shake seems to come from the rear. I've rotated the tires and had them checked for balance with no change. It is smooth as glass until I get above 71 mph.
  5. My truck doesn't vibrate, it SHAKES. I absolutely loved it when I first got it. Now I hate it. At speeds over 70 it will make you sick to your stomach after about 20 minutes. I leave the keys in the ignition and windows down whenever I park it just praying someone takes it. It is my first and last GM vehicle. I work 65+ hours a week and don't have the time to take it to the dealer 4 plus times. For the guys test driving 16s, mine didn't start shaking until it had about 15k on the odometer.
  6. So what fixed it?
  7. Thanks. I'd love to hear your full review. Seems like there were a lot of guys that wanted to go Fox at all four corners, but I think you're the first to actually do it.
  8. Wheels look great. Tell us about the flat paint on your truck.
  9. Truck looks great. I GOTTA know how it rides with the Fox setup.
  10. I wanna see a pic of what you're fueling!
  11. I never mentioned the vibe to my dealer. I have aftermarket tires, wheels, and level/lift, so I assume they would blame it on that stuff. Plus it wasn't that bad. I agree that changing parts is only going to make it worse. This is my first ever GM. It was also made in Mexico
  12. I had a small vibe over 70 and I was just going to ignore it. It wasn't as bad as some of you guys' vibe. My dealer just replaced my steering rack since it was making noise while turning. Now my vibe above 70 is awful.
  13. I'm really curious to see your results with the shackles. I've contemplated ordering a set, but for the price I'd hate for them to not help. If they work, you'll be our hero.
  14. What fixed your vibration?
  15. i know you all will think I'm crazy, but I think it's an aerodynamic problem.
  16. Excellent post. Thanks for the great info.
  17. They are made by FN Wheels. The model is BFD in graphite gunmetallic. They make them in 4 colors.
  18. Nope. They replace the entire assembly. Easy peasy.
  19. Anyone know the torque specs of the body mounts? I'd love to give this a try. I have aftermarket wheels, tires, and a leveling kit, so going to the dealer is probably not an option.
  20. The worm gear? Is this in the power steering system?
  21. Looks good. I love the color of your truck.
  22. . Did you have to modify your dust caps?
  23. There's a big thread on here about it. I think it's called "cargo lights on with reverse" or something like that. It's easy.
  24. OP, your tires are load range E. The 20" sizes are D rated just for your info. Most people run slightly higher pressure in E rated tires for numerous reasons. My installer set mine at 55 psi cold and it was too harsh. I've settled on 42 cold, but 38-40 rides pretty nice. Just play around with it until you're happy and pump em up when you tow.
  25. Do the diode trick to make them come on with reverse lights. Once you do that, they'll come on when you unlock with your fob.
