Had this as well. Dealer reprogrammed the HVAC module and it's worked fine ever since.

I don't have any pictures like that but with the levelling kit the 65's are fine. At least 1" of clearance at minimum when at full lock. Having read through the entire wheel & tire thread apparently 60's will fit without rubbing without a level. Either way I'm happy with the 65's but I'm sure both would look great. Other option is to do 285 or 295/60's. Depending on where you are in Ontario you could certainly come take a look for yourself.

Posted this in the wheel and tire thread a couple weeks ago, thought I would report after 1500kms that I still absolutely love these tires. Found myself in some mud yesterday and they weren't even trying in 2WD where my SR-A's would have been having a hard time. Would recommend. BFG KO2 275/65R20, RC 2" level (no rubbing) Very little road noise, MPG doesn't seem to have been affected very much and ride quality is only slightly firmer than stock @ 42psi. Speedo reads ~6km/h low at 100km/h. Paid $1340 CDN installed. Overall very happy so far, I was debating a lot between the 60 and 65 but I'm glad I went this route. Looking forward to trying them in the snow. Here's a before and after also:

They do make one for the '14-15 Sierra/Silverado 1500 6'6" bed, model # FX11019. Some call it 6'6" while others call it 6.5' which can be confusing but it's the same thing. Also known as 78.8" according to Undercover. I have one on mine and I love it for what it's worth.

Just posted this in the photography section, but here's my new '15 Silverado 2LT Z71 Double Cab. I found one optioned out exactly the way I wanted a couple weeks ago and had to have it. So far I've removed the factory running boards, installed an Undercover Flex tonneau cover (I love mine despite the mixed reviews), had the windows tinted and all the chrome trim & bumpers wrapped in 3M 1080 vinyl. It goes in for a 2" Rough Country levelling kit this weekend and that'll be it for now until I can decide what kind of tires and stereo I want for it... build thread coming soon.

I was really hesitant on going with an Undercover Flex based on the mixed reviews, but really liked it's features and found it for significantly cheaper than competing (and in my opinion inferior) products locally or online so I decided to give it a shot. I'm happy to report that aside from one minor problem that I was able to easily fix myself it's been so far, so good. Paid $775CDN on Amazon.ca after debating it for a few weeks and making sure their "2 left in stock" didn't disappear on me. I noticed that the price had raised to $883 the day after I ordered mine, not sure if that was coincidence or not and obviously due to our weakening dollar but either way I'm really happy with the cover and the price I paid for it. Would definitely recommend it to others based on my experience, and ordering it from Amazon if you're in Canada even at the new higher price - still the cheapest I could find anywhere.
