  1. Help please. I recently replaced the heating elements / cooling thingys in my driver's seat and all is working fine. I need to replace the seat cushion element on the passenger side but NOT the seat back. I still have the boxes from the parts that I bought but didn't keep track of which was which. they are 23223775 and 23170194. Does anybody know which is for the lower cushion?
  2. I also just wrapped the top of the cup holder with 3M 1080 matte silver. I had the gloss sterling silver to match the dash but the glare was unbearable.
  3. I have a double cab but I had plenty left over. I bought 24”x48”. This is the rear of mine.
  4. This is the 3M Di-Noc Graphite. It’s a pleasure to work with. It is like sheet plastic when cold but flows where you want when you heat it up. Really nice stuff.
  5. Carbon fiber wrapped my interior trim pieces.
  6. My problem turned out to be a bad haptic seat motor. Go figure.
  7. Ordered my heating elements this morning. Thanks to this post I saw the slots for the haptic seat motors. I just dove in there and repaired both of my haptic seat motors. Posts like this is what this forum is all about.
  8. That pic looks familiar
  9. So I can’t remote start or lock my doors with my phone anymore? Is it just me or am I missing something?
  10. Bilstein 5100s up front and 4600s out back.
  11. You got that right my friend, I changed mine yesterday. I had no idea what the difference would be.
  12. Just put them on. Polyurethane bushings won’t let me bottom out the threads. I tightened town to 20 lb.ft. Let it ride
  13. no, I can run the nut all the way up the threads til it runs out of threads
  14. my OEM nuts free spin on the bolt - same as the replacement NAPA nut/bolt that I purchased.
  15. What holds the damn nut on? Loctite?
  16. That’s what I was thinking but wasn’t sure. Thx
  17. Am replacing them but don’t know how tight to draw down the nuts. OEM and new NAPA both have non lock nuts and no lock washers.
  18. Exactly what you said. Took me about an hour, thanks??
  19. I can live with that, thanks
  20. So I have "skimmed" through these 134 pages looking for the answer to one question that I am sure is here but cannot find. I have a set of 5100's with springs set at stock height that I want to install. Will I have to separate any ball joints, tie rods, sway bar, etc.? I am under the assumption that getting the truck up on jack stands, removing the tires and putting the floor jack under the lower ball joint - 5 bolts (3 upper/ 2 lower) and I'm in and out with these.
  21. Can somebody just do this so I can see what it looks like? I like the sound of it.
