Just aligning them on the wall. Install complete now. There is a manual in the silverado section on Fasheadlight.con. You can just use tape to reattached the housing or an Epoxy, whatever you feel. JB Weld is easy to work with and is rock solid. Great light output but you need some time and basic mechanical/electrical knowledge to get them in correctly and to hook up the high beams. Fun project.

RX350s in!

Rx350 retrofit and Rigid Fogs. Amp running boards.

Going through this now. I'm doing RX350s from Fastheadlights and opened it from the back side. Just cut the square part off and you have good access. I sealed it back with JB Weld and it's rock solid. Could sand it and paint for a cleaner look but no one sees it. HID projectors have a great beam pattern compared to stock w/HID. More light on the road less blinding. It is a job to do this but I enjoy tinkering and learning. The final product is nice too. I could not stand the uneven pattern of the oem projectors w/ HID. I wanted uniform proper lighting.

I am not a fan of much blue either but I do like just a touch. I went with 5500k and 35w. Since you have 55w it will tend to "wash" out more blue color. If I were you I'd go 5500k, with the 55w ballast that will give a very white light.

Ordered Monday, I already had a TRS HID kit in my truck so I had Phil just send me the D2S bulbs and D2S leads. The ballast and wiring harness on the TRS kit are interchangeable. FYI RX350 projectors are back ordered right now from TRS. Fingers crossed they are in soon.

I just ordered the RX350 kit from Phil. Will have a very detailed write up when installed. It is my understanding, and why the kit is so great, that you do NOT have to separate the actual lens. All you do is cut that back part off and it's pretty much a direct bolt on. This back part is much easier to seal and no lens cutting involved! The FRX kit is similar but there is some cutting of the internal projector holder mounting posts. FRX is cheaper with similar performance but some cutting involved. Your OEM headlight bulb will not fit. RX350 projectors are true Lexus OEM HID projectors. They will require an HID kit to work. I recommend the TRS Sierra Spec kit but if you do the RX350 projectors you will need to get D2S HID bulbs and leads. Phil can hook you up with all the right parts in one easy step.
