  1. I got it from the GM accessories website under performance parts and they sent the paperwork directly to me. then I had to make the appointment with the dealership, It had a code number and told the service department to contact them and the required steps. I paid GM and it told the dealership how to get paid under a warranty line item,
  2. Got the install Monday. Biggest notice is that after the start up, the exhaust stays louder. It seems to have a little more burble to it too, but no drone on the highway. Took a before and after, but the site says they are too long?
  3. So I ordered it and you get a sheet with a code sent to you. Then called the dealer. To set up the time for the reflash, which they have to coordinate with GM tech. it cost $395.00, but I used the GM site 20% off and had some rewards points ended up costing me $300.00. ill try to remember to do a before and after
  4. I’m bringing my 2025 AT4 6.2 to get the revised dual mode exhaust calibration -to get a little louder. I do like the existing sound in sport, so I’m hoping it only gets better. Has anyone else done this yet -and if so what do you think of it?
  5. Traded my 2020 1500 Denali 6.2 in for a 2025 1500 AT4 6.2. The AT4 rides just as nice and quiet as the Denali. The AT4 interior is a major step up from my Denali, but is actually the same as the current Denali
  6. Funny, that black truck is the 2020 Denali that I traded in -I think that may have been the first year that those rims were offered? They really held up great! one thing that I didn’t realize until after l bought this AT4 is that it has the same dash and the center console as the Denali-it blends from the console to the dash differently.
  7. Yup the essentials and radio pieces came, so you get a little, but I always loved taking that owners manual to the library- usually good for almost 2 days of reading I have looked at the online owners manual and downloaded pages to do a few things, but I’m just that “old dog” that doesn’t want to learn new tricks
  8. Decided to trade my 2020 Denali. It had replaced my 2015 Denali. They were both Black with the 6.2. So I decided I had to change it up -no Denali this time. i bought a 2025 white AT4 with the 6.2. Wow I can’t believe how nice a truck this is, especially the interior. just got it Wednesday, so just getting to know it. The only bad thing is that there is no owners manual - you have to scan a QR code and look at it on line
  9. I have a 2020 with the 6.2. My other vehicles are in the garage, so the GMC lives outside. I’m retired so the truck can sit for days. Never had a problem in the cold with the original battery, but replaced it with another AC Delco battery in the fall because of age. i live near Syracuse in central Ny and have a camp up near Ogdensburg NY. This winter we have regularly been having temperatures between 0-20 especially at night. I have had no starting problems at all. So there must be something drawing your battery down, especially if you’ve replaced it
  10. We are back to our normal winters this year - oh well. Yesterday 37f and windchill to mid 20s, so nice day to pull out the bucket and wash the truck. Did look nice out there today -until I have to go somewhere.
  11. I live near Syracuse NY and we get a lot of snow and salt. I have a 2020 Denali that came with the power running boards - love the look when they are in. Last year, with about 38k miles, they started sticking and running slow. There is a great video on facebook that told how to remove the arms, clean and lube them. Did it and they worked like new again!
  12. I see these type of posts and they are what I started getting in my 2020 1500. There were increasing intermittent problems with park assist, adaptive cruise, and eventually even the power steering. Check the braided grounding strap on the lower passenger side firewall to the frame. it is braided with no covering and they literally start decomposing with time. when I twisted mine it literally started falling apart. when I replaced mine all these odd gremlins went away and have stayed away.
  13. May sound unbelievable but my 2020 1500 had those problems, that got worse and then the power steering was quiting intermittently The Culprit was the passenger side grounding strap from the firewall to the frame. It’s a braided cable with no covering. Mine was disintegrating. Replaced that strap and it fixed everything.
  14. I have those Michelins on my 20 Denali and they are way better than the Bridgestones.
  15. I had the same type of thing in my 2020 Denali. It ended up being the braided ground strap from the cab firewall to the frame -$20.00 on line. It is on the passenger side, behind and just below the fender liner. most everything came back, except the windshield camera - took it to the dealer and the bad ground had caused communication errors. They did an update and everything is back to normal -approximately $200.00.
  16. Mine came with the factory safe -it seemed fine, but I don’t have any guns or other items to keep secure. I actually sold mine a couple of months after I bought the truck. You may want to see if they are still available-or others with them may be able to let you know if they are any good
  17. Ok, brought it to the dealer and had sensor/ module communication errors. They did a system update and all set! Total cost just over $200.00 -same day service.
  18. Ok, there were several sensor/ module issues, so they did a software update and good as new. Cost was just over $200.00 with tax.
  19. Picking up my truck from the today. They did a reflash because the were several sensor& module communication errors. I’ll post what the invoice lists.
  20. The switch was replaced on the running board. Search “2020 Denali power running board fix” and I put the link on it. pretty straight forward -good luck!
  21. Had this on my 2020 and had to have the switch replaced. Mine also started running slow and eventually reversing. I found something on google that showed the same problem and it was a problem with corrosion at the pins -only 28k miles, but I live in central NY. Followed the directions to take them apart, clean and lube. Totally fixed the problem and was pretty easy to do.
  22. Thanks, that’s were I am at this point -going to have to get it into the dealer to verify. I wonder what it will cost if the camera is bad?
  23. Thanks, I did send it just a little bit ago!
