I appreciate the reply. My truck is going to a transmission shop in a couple days. It has been whining like the video for about a month. It just started shuddering a little bit too. I dropped the pan and there was no metal floating around just “normal” amounts on the magnet. I also changed the filter and have been driving it for two weeks with no improvement. We’ll see what the shop says about the shuddering and whining. Might be time for torque converter. I’ll post an update once I know more.

Mine has the exact symptoms. Did you figure out what it was? Torque converter?

Its all in the bio but just for clarification i installed a rough country 2" leveling kit (not the 2.5") and i am running 275/70/18 BFG KO2's. I have no rubbing whatsoever and my mileage was not affected too much. However, my speedo is off by 2mph which isn't that big of a deal but it is worth noting.

Did you ever find a solution to the idle drop? My truck is doing the same thing at stop lights and it makes the truck shake then recover just like yours.

Can i run a 295/55/20 on a 20x9 0 offset rim with just a RC 2" leveling kit?

I realize that this question has probably been answered in the 200+ pages of this thread but i couldn't find it in the 30+ pages i looked through. I was wondering if i could run 295/55/20 toyo AT2 with fuel mavericks and 0 offset with no rubbing on my 2015 sierra crew cab with the 2 inch rough country leveling kit? Or possibly the toyo MT on the same setup with no rubbing
