    @fastws6ta, I bought the 3.0 fxr kit from you a few years ago. In an pretty sure the ballast or the ignitors have quit.     Did you ever figure out your front end noise you heard when you are turning slow?  My truck started doing it.  I have a 4.5 lift on mine so when I found yours with a lift, we probably have the same issue.

    Already went back to shop and re-torqued everything. Still the a same noise. Sounds like it's coming from the sway bar ends Sent from my Pixel 2 XL using Tapatalk

    Any of you develop any unusual sounds with the lifts. I have had a 4.5 zone lift for about a year and the last few weeks, it has started to creak a little bit. Only when on full lock too. I took it the place that installed it and they double checked everything and it all checks out. I know its vague, but I have gotten under the truck and had the wife turn the wheel.

    ****update**** All weekend, I had to deal with the idiot light saying door was open and the driver side step is extended. Looked really goofy. Somehow the sensor was working, and know both rear doors do not extend the steps out. Atva lost of what is going on. These steps have worked flawlessly for 6 months.     Wife and I packed the dogs up for a little road trip. Going down the road, one of the dogs put er paws on the armrest on the door. No big deal except the the truck thinks the door is still open. I got out and verified that it was closed. Open door and closed a half dozen times. On top of that, my amp research steps won't retract because of said door. Traveled 600 miles with a false alarm and one extended step. Is there anything I could check before taking it to dealer when I get home? Sent from my Pixel 2 XL using Tapatalk

    Magnuson Moss warranty act. Thats all you need. Dealership would need to prove that the CAI is causing transmission problems. The dealer/vehicle manufacturer has the right to deny a warranty repair but they must demonstrate that the aftermarket part caused the problem.

    Just got the zone 4.5 life installed with the 35” Toyo M/t tires. So far I’m impressed with the height. It still fits in my garage. Wife has to crawl in but next are the steps. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Glad you looked at better options as far as the bds or the zone. I have the zone 4.5 with the fox 2.0 shocks. I was in the same boat as you. Mostly pavement but I have been impressed with the kit so far Im guessing the 2.5 might be a little overkill and costly but its not my money. Not sure on how the ride is different between the two.

    Lift or leveling kit? Max on a leveling kit is 2.5 that people feel comfortable with. If you really wanting a lift, go at least 4 imo.

    Nice to know. Never lifted a truck before so this is New territory for me. Always had lowered trucks. Never had any issues if done correctly. A lot less components too.
