  1. Posting again since Photobucket blocked my other pictures. 2016 Silverado LS 5.3L, 22x9 wheels with 305/40r22 Falken, UnderCover Classic, full Bedrug kit, "re badged", rear shackle/block removal leveling, console swap. Audio system and additional lowering coming as soon as I have time.
  2. A better picture of mine installed. One of the best mods I have made so far.
  3. Thats the same guy I bought mine from. Great to deal with and quick shipping.
  4. Thanks and here's where I got them... http://m.ebay.com/itm/3D-chrome-letters-for-your-personnal-car-emblem-chrome-letters-numbers-/371832171752?hash=item5692ecace8%3Ag%3A--4AAOSw%7EbFWJedJ&_trkparms=pageci%253A5465d5b8-73ee-11e7-9d82-74dbd180276b%257Cparentrq%253A8b93e34615d0a8605d4f4684fff42ee6%257Ciid%253A2
  5. $2.00 per letter and color match paint I already had.
  6. The jump seat comes out easilly but you have to take it partially apart to get the wiring harness out and if you search around long enough as I did you can find deals (mine was a new truck "take out" I found on eBay for a little more than 1/2 price)
  7. Thanks and yes it is much better! A couple of things I wasn't expecting are the ride is more pleasant without my arm bouncing all over from the jump seat armrest being so flimsy and I now have a nice resting place for my knee on the console. BTW, I was planning to replace the "hockey stick" black trim on the door panels to match the Synthesis trim on the console but after finding out those little pieces of plastic cost about $50.00 each I decided to just vinyl wrap the console trim in textured black.
  8. Finished getting mine installed today. Not too bad at all and no more bouncing/rattling of the jump seat armrest. I just wired up the usb's/12v under the lid and the 110v/12v up front for now since I'll have to take it out while doing my audio install at which time I'll connect the light as well as the second 12v up front (Im going to see if I can disassemble the unused usb's up front so I can mount my bass knob there). Overall it was well worth it and and big thanks to all who contributed tips in this thread as without you guys I doubt I would have taken this on!
  9. Will do and there is way more room than I realized so I may install some of my audio gear inside this bad boy!
  10. Big brown truck came late but I still have a couple more hours of daylight so I may tackle it tonight!
  11. Thank you very much!
  12. Do you by chance have the part number for the trim plate you used? (the part number I found in the other thread is actually the 4 hole plate my console already has).
  13. Glad it worked out well! ! Im going to have my seats out anyway since I'm doing the audio install at the same time so it sounds like it will be pretty straight forward.
  14. Just realized you may have been asking if I got the black leather jump seat! That was my original intention while shopping around eBay that day however I happened to come across this console that had just been listed so I hit the buy it now before it turned into an auction gone wild like the one now!
  15. I hit the buy it now button at $300.00 plus shipping as soon as I saw the first one! (this is the reason I rarely participate in auctions!)
  16. Nobody hit the $300.00 buy it now and as of this posting the bid has gone up to $510.00 plus shipping!
  17. You have to pay the top tier at $400.00 per year to allow external links no matter how many picures you have.
  18. The only way to fix it is to pay their fee of $400.00!
  19. I have to agree! I was planning to buy a black leather jump seat with the lower storage compartment to replace my standard gray one but for just a few dollars more I was able to get this!
  20. Looks like the place I got mine from has another one available.... http://m.ebay.com/itm/OEM-GM-Siverado-Sierra-Center-Console-Assembly-Jet-Black-/162588430729?hash=item25db069189%3Ag%3AkYUAAOSwvjdZW8vP&_trkparms=pageci%253Aad084adb-67db-11e7-8bff-74dbd180f705%257Cparentrq%253A3c74fac315d0a861a08bbd66ffe70b2e%257Ciid%253A2
  21. Looks like it didnt link directly to the option I had selected but if you click "select option" you'll find floor consoles
  22. I thought the same thing however if you go to the menu there is a separate category for "roof console". Also note that the color is listed as black on many of those and as far as I know the roof consoles do not come in black.
  23. If you dont mind used you can also try online parts locators such as the one below or places that retrofit emergency vehicles. (mine is a takeoff from a brand new truck) http://www.automotix.net/usedautoparts/2016-chevrolet-silverado_1500-console-inventory.html?campaign=salvageyard.net
