  1. Recent traded my 2016 chevy 2500hd for a 2020 trailboss, question to my gurus in these forum with adaptors will a 20x10 -12 wheel with 305 50 20 tires fit on a trail boss with lil to no modifications to the body ? I know on my 2016 they fit with no moding .. figured I would toss it to you guys and get your thoughts Sent from my SM-G988U using Tapatalk
  2. I surely will keep you posted as soon as I find anything out
  3. My truck does a hesitation it feels like if I'm not on it , and just rolling through want to say 2nd to 3rd if I give it more gas seems to go away. Have basically the same mods you have minus the tune but, kind or feels like when you shift into to high of a gear n truck lugs a bit . I have a 2016 2500 6.0 , dont know if we are experiencing the same thing but going to be bringing it in soon
  4. I think the only way your going to get a ram air hood on that Tahoe is aftermarket, haven't see any tahoe's coming off the showroom floor with ram air... pretty sure the 2500 hood doesnt fit your Tahoe lol... probably could find alot more in the suburban and Tahoe forums Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
  5. Any progress on the rear slider upgrade? Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
  6. I wouldn't believe so especially after seeing what the unit is .. I personally liked the heavier feeling steering wheel instead of this lighter feeling one . Keeping my fingers crossed that it can be done and solve the issue Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
  7. I wish I didnt have it I think that might be my issue did 2 alignments and road force. balanced the tires still the wobble at 40 to 50 mph ....thought it might be air pressure but I would believe it wouldnt only happen at 40 to 50 everytime regardless , but I've heard alot about the steering assists being the problem. Wonder if they could put a regular steering box in it with out the assist and call it a day Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
  8. Anyone get the steering issue resolved? I have a 2016 2500hd 4x4 gasser that at 40 to 55 the steering wheel is like a god damn shake weight bring it in to the dealer monday. It has the digital steering as it crap in it. Is there a way to simple get rid of it and put in a steering box from a work truck ?? The work truck models supposedly do not have the DSA , the RPO code to my knowledge is VN8 for anyone interested Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
  9. Thanks , lol sorry ....once I saw if I had to totally changes the truck have no idea why Chevy wouldn't do this to both even just looks wise Sent from my SM-G930T using Tapatalk

  18. Now have to figure out if I have it I notice it does get alot lighter with the tow haul on .... and difference when looking under the truck as opposed to steering box idler or pitman arm? Sent from my SM-G930T using Tapatalk
  19. Been following this post I have an F 2500hd as well anyone notice that when your in tow/haul mode the steering feels alot lighter then usuall? I remember telling them dealer a couple of times that the steering felt alil off from my previous 08s and 15 , dealer told it was fine and maybe bc it had 20s on it now after following this post I'm really starting to think otherwise what is the rpo code for the steering assist? Sent from my SM-G930T using Tapatalk

  21. Stay tuned hood is ordered I'll put pics up as soon as it's on hopefully next week
  22. Once again I thank you for making something that I thought was a hopeless dream a reality. With your custom harnesses that made converting my lame ass dl8 mirrors to Dl3 come to life... for 225 bucks for the harnesses after purchasing the dl8 mirrors the ease of plug and play was a huge sigh of relief. I thought I was doomed that I would never have blinkers or Puddle lights, you sir took all the guess work out of this conversion. Sorry for the run on sentences guys... but for all looking to convert your mirrors from dl8 to dl3 .. this is the guy to speak to... I want to add that harnesses look just as if Gm set them up themselves you will not be disappointed at all
  23. The underside is a tad put together honestly seen pics with out the insulator just the duct work , I'll see when I get all this stuff . But I totally agree they could of came up with a better underneath . Why not just make the hood have the duct work built in like any other ram air hood not all this added plastic and whatever else
  24. Well if it makes any difference just spoke to a guy in the NYC who had the dealer install the Dmax hood on a 6.0 2500 ,or he would not take the truck. So truth be told it'll go no problem with the gasser... looks like it's time to order it up and make it happen
  25. Bud thanks so much just got all the part numbers I need along with some good info
