  1. That is more along the line of my current capabilities. I became disabled a few years back.
  2. Perhaps I did not understand the process. I also have projectors. I had thought folks were disassembling factory headlights and replacing the projector units.
  3. Compared to stock, it's much improved. I also don't feel much like tearing apart the front end.
  4. Looks like I should have come here first, but I might be ok anyway? So I have a 2015 SLT Sierra and thought I was going night blind. I got these without doing too much research, but they seem to have improved matters thus far. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07K27LJC4/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
  5. On that note, I had to bring the old girl to the stealer today and removed my Range AFM disabler beforehand thinking they might spot it. Sure enough, first thing they do is plug in, even though it did not need plugging in. Ha! can't catch me though! Range slips under the radar.
  6. What is this Sorcery you speak of? Blaspheme, I say! Seriously, how in blue blazes does that balance?
  7. What is this 4 cylinder mode you speak of? I have banished such things.
  8. I would think flow is a more significant variable than temp. Cant do much about the ambient temp once you get around sucking engine bay heat.
  9. Did anyone notice a change in the way they drive once you can "hear" your truck. I think I tend to be a bit more aggressive now. Gotta watch that or Johnny Law will get me.
  10. 418 for cai 299 for s&b. Six of one half a dozen of the other?
  11. Just did a cripple crawl and checked. Flapper free. Free at last! Free at last!
  12. I am assuming they deleted the flapper. I did not even know it had one at the time, so I never asked. I would crawl under but for two things: its cold and i'm lazy. Also I'm a cripple. Can still do it, but not fun.
  13. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EGfRcvkwggo Just had it up on I-94. In top gear at 70-75 you can just hear it burble a bit with the windows up, radio on softly, and heat on low-med fan speed. In town or in traffic, has a nice growl. Good rumble at idle.
  14. My local shop just put on a Flowmaster and deleted my resonator using the remainder of the factory stainless and fabbed up the custom bits while I waited. About an hour. $275
  15. Today? New Flowmaster with resonator delete. Yesterday? 4 new Hankook 265 65 18 Dynapro AT/M. Rides better, sounds better, IS better.
  16. These "techs" do know you can clean the sensor off if it really did get oil on it, which is doubtful.
  17. One of my fondest memories is riding to the dump with dad in that old truck. The dash had a bad rattle. Dad had a bad temper. He would punch the offending portion of the dash each time it displeased him, which was often. I would ask him if he thought that would make it more likely or less likely to rattle? All I got was "God damn Kid".
  18. I remember dad having to build a new tailgate for his 73' Chevy because the old one was completely rusted. This was in the late 70's. Paint fell off too. On a quiet night you can hear a Chevy rust. Still love them. Hate crap steel.
  19. Got my Adam's Leather care kit today, tried some out and it seems to be good stuff. Need to get my detailer back to work.
  20. Assuming you cleared the codes?
  21. I do use mine, but not for long because like you said, It gets toasty. Might be meant for intermittent use only?
  22. I will, when I feel like it. It's a hard cover, and might take more than your magical 5 minutes.
  23. Tried to put stake pocket caps in, but Tonneau cover rails cock blocked me.
  24. Either my Sig 320 subcompact, Glock 17, or one of 2 1911's. Les Baer or Dan Wesson. We can carry open or concealed. I normally go concealed OWB with a cover garment, as I find it the most comfortable for me, If somebody sees it, too bad I have my license to carry either way so head to your safe space Nancy.
  25. I've had my Makita 1/2'' cordless so long I can't remember when I bought it. Still works great, and batteries still keep a charge.
