    went from a 2012 Chevy crew 4x4 with 5.3 to a 2018GMC crew 4x4 6.2 and totally love the 6.2. awesome power, better gas mileage. Cold air intake, little exhaust work and tunes AFM out and I have found my sweet spot truck. always puts a smile on my face driving it. I also pull a 8000# travel trailer maybe 2 times a year and have no problems doing so. Premium fuel is rough right now but I have another car to drive daily. I would not trade her for anything other than another just like it, maybe a newer one with the 10 spd tranny. Just my $.02

    Went to Dealer and they did tranny flush and so far so good, hope this lasts

    I have a 2018 Sierra SLT 6.2 4X4 with just turned 19000 miles and was in the North Carolina Mountains this past weekend and that shudder crap started on my truck. Goin to Dealer Monday to let them try to fix it. Hope the tranny fluid change fixes it . Price of trucks now that would do what I need are crazy high so I cannot afford to trade it and heck, what would I trade for that would work for me? besides another truck just like it? the newer ones have the lifter issues, dont want that. Just my rant for the day, sorry.

    I also have a Lew Tune. Yes he sells tuners and tunes. Lew is the best, service is fast and his tunes are spot on. I have 2018 GMC Sierra SLT 4x4 with 6.2l and he really made it a different truck. You will not regret using Lew. Just my $.02

    I totally agree with boettcher40, I also have a Lew Tune and my truck was like Really? What it should have been from the day I drove it off the lot. Lew is top notch with his customer support and his tunes.

    Ive had only 4X4 trucks since 1973 and never had a failure. That being said, I have a 2018 GMC Sierra 1500SLT with the 6.2l and 4X4 and unless something ever happens to this truck ,,, it will be my last. Best truck I have ever had hands down. Plus this is the first new truck I ever bought because when i test drove it i fell in love with it. I have a CAI and simple exhaust work done as well as a Diablew Tune and on the highway traveling I can get 22-24 mpg which is much better than the last Chevy I had with the 5.3. Just my $.02 but maybe will help you to decide. Good luck in your decision.

    I used Diablew tune, and have been for a couple of years and Lew is the best for questions and turnaround for your tunes or updates. Just my $.02. Waiting a month would not work well for me.
