  1. Fuel tank size?

I have a 15 2500 6.0. I get 225 miles to a tank while towing. I carry 20 gallons with me for short trips. Kinda wish i never traded in my 14 5.3 Sent from my SM-G935P using Tapatalk

  4. Bully dog is a rip off

I didnt go with them because i cant switch between gas octanes like i initially wanted too. Also they are also a canned tune without wideband input for a/f Sent from my SM-G935P using Tapatalk
  5. Bully dog is a rip off

Just called the guy that tuned my camaro. He wants 750 for a dyno tune, whoaaaa wtf when did shit get to be so expensive. Im used to paying around 400 a few years ago. Sent from my SM-G935P using Tapatalk
  6. Bully dog is a rip off

I run e85 primarily and carry 20 gallons of gas when towing. Usually gets me there and back and i have to fill up when i get home. Wanted the tuner for the rare cases when i have to gas up and cant get e85. But this proved useless. I know a custome tune is the best route, have a 2010 2ss/rs modded with a custome tune. Just didnt wanna be stuck to just 1 fuel type without getting a new tune. Will have to call my tuner and see what he thinks, also looking into super charging this motor, she def needs more power. 7. Tune

Got ya, reason why i am asking is because i installed a bullydog tuner for my 6.0 and it feels sluggish on the tune. Contacted them and they are useless as to its functionality. I only use e85 and debating on a dyno tune but dont wanna have to get a new tune each and every time i decide to go for 87 when the price spread is less than .75cents. 8. Tune

If the vehicle is equiped with the e85 sensor and the vehicle is tuned with e85, when the price spread changes and you go back to running 87. Will the computer adjust as before or would a whole new tune need to be installed? If so, they what is different in gms tune that allows the switching back and forth? 9. I have a 2015 silverado 2500 6.0. I installed the gt gas using the performance 93 tune and towing tune (which is what was recommended when i first contaced them if i can run e85). The truck feels more sluggish when towing compared to factory tune. I run e85 all the time. Is there a specific tune for e85 or is this tuner not compatable for e85? Email response i got back from them was to they and use 85 octane. Why would they say that lol. Very unhappy with this programmer, i have seen no difference in power or performance. 10. E85 Power Increase

Just towed to the same campground running e85. 1st time no tune seemed to do better in the mountains than the 2nd time with the tune. Thinking about a blower or just trade to diesel. Camper is 10klbs. Sent from my SM-G935P using Tapatalk
  11. E85 Power Increase

Its has shown under load 44*. Just not enough time in the day for the things i nd to do lol Sent from my SM-G935P using Tapatalk
  12. NHT and 1/2 ton towables

15 6.0 on e85 towing 11k lbs i get 7mpg. I carry an extra 20 gallons with me. ( only use e85 so the extra 20 is my return home gas plus what i have left in the tank.) Sent from my SM-G935P using Tapatalk
  13. I had a 01 burb with over 300k. Oil changes every 3k. As far as i know she is still running today Sent from my SM-G935P using Tapatalk
  14. E85 Power Increase

The programmer stays plugged in, i have my doubts about how accurate it is. I have a friend that has a snapon scan tool. Have to get around to hooking that up and seeing what she reads. Sent from my SM-G935P using Tapatalk
  15. E85 Power Increase

If the programmer is right on the readings i saw around 39 40* tmming stock tune e85. Sent from my SM-G935P using Tapatalk
