  1. No. Same as you. I was towing my travel trailer and when I got to the campground, could smell the gear oil, and it was all over the bottom of the truck and front of the trailer. Traced it to that seal on the drivers side. May have heard a clunk early in our trip, but not positive that was it. No other warning.
  2. I had the same exact issue with that seal pulling away from the differential. Took about 4 weeks from when I dropped it off. They ended up replacing the entire front end.
  3. Anyone figure a good way to cover the open plug when you have the tailgate removed? Seems like water and dirt could get in there fairly easy.
  4. This one does it. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00C4AYR3U/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o04_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1
  5. Bumping this thread to see if anyone got a resolution.
  6. Hi All, The camera pictured was sold last week. Thanks.
  7. It works great. I mounted it too high on the trailer for the invisible trailer feature but for backing up or seeing behind the trailer its great.
  8. Hi All, I have one of these 84580657 that I used for a couple of months on my 2020 Denali HD 2500 that I can get rid of. Ill sell for $285 plus shipping which would be a large flat rate box (if I can get it to fit) which is $21.10. You would need to buy the mounting clips and zip ties as they went with the trailer.
  9. It plugs into the disconnected tailgate camera port. No way for it to plug into the ports on the bumper.
  10. I did. It's basically the exact same camera that's in the tailgate, wiring and all. It comes with an enclosure that you can mount anywhere. I have it on my camper. 100% recommend. Very easy install and works perfectly.
  11. Sure would be nice to have an infotainment update that allows you to choose which camera is in the rear view mirror.
  12. Its mounted just below the door of a Four Wheel Camper.
  13. I ordered this one and put it on and it completed the circuit. I've played the tailgate camera roulette before, this pays for itself.
  14. Yeah a software fix or a jumper to complete the circuit so all of the other cameras work would have been preferred.
  15. Just an FYI. I ordered this camera. I talked to their customer service and they said this will complete the circuit on the surround vision system without having to take the camera out of the tailgate. https://camera-source.com/automotive-cams/gm-oe-fit/2019-gm-1500-w-360-view-relocation-kit-with-camera-included.html
  16. I took the MultiPro tailgate off today. Was pretty much like my 16 Silverado HD. Passenger side at 45 degrees, remove that side, lift and pull off to that side. Unhooked the backup camera and as Morgan above said, none of the cameras work with that one disconnected. Anyone know of a way to get around this so all other cameras work?
  17. Anyone taken the multi pro tailgate off the yet? I need to put my camper on and the tailgate needs to be off. Is it just a matter of disconnecting the camera wiring from under the back of the truck and then removing it at the 45 degree angle? Thanks in advance!
  18. Any way to "fool" the setup to get the invisible trailer to calibrate? I have the camera on the back of my travel trailer, all measurements are in specs listed in the document and in the app. The camera is mounted where the Furion mount is which according to others is too high to calibrate (won't calibrate here), I have a rear window right in the middle of the back of the trailer so the camera would have to go above or below it which may be out of range in either situation.
  19. I have the same sounds on my 2020 Denali HD, really only notice it at very slow speeds, and when its cold.
  20. For those of you that have the TPMS sensors installed in your trailer tires, did you have to physically take in the trailer to the tire shop so they could install the sensors in each tire?
  21. Once again Phil is the man. Ordered his plug and play harness for the 1A Auto 1798 mirrors which are the 1786 but with the passenger sensor for the Duramax diesels. Ordered and received within 5 days, followed his instructions and videos. Took about an hour for the first side and about 15 minutes for the other once I knew what to expect. The final product is pimp daddy and complements the truck well and has every bell and whistle. Phil was available for any questions and super responsive. He IS the go to for this application.
