  1. Yes. One stip for each footwell. That's all you need. They are very bright. I used the controller that came with the kit to power them.
  2. SKU# INSTP5050KIT-RGB
  3. Okay! I'll get some pictures up and write up how I mounted them soon
  4. Never got around to contributing my install on my truck to this thread... I installed OPT7 Aura RGB+W LED strips as foot well lighting in my truck a month ago. Pictured is the fronts, but I also have them under the driver and passenger seats for the rear passengers. Pretty easy install because I have an sPOD circuit controller and HD panel. I have the lights set to blue to match the interior lighting but I have a controller to switch them to white or any other color plus a few effects like strobe and fade. They even can flash to music. I usually run them as accent lighting but if I ever drop something at night and need to see, I can flip the lights over to white. Also, the picture shows the blue lights at maximum brightness. I turn the brightness all the way down at night so they don't become distracting yet offer a nice glow. If anyone wants more pictures of how I mounted the strips or some sort of write up, let me know. The white appears more purple in the photos.. in person they are pure white.
  5. That's correct. Cut the plastic that encases the motor, placed the motor back in the plastic, cut the nubs off the shutters and glued them back into the motor. Relocated the motor and ambient temp sensor under the plastic cover in the engine bay. It's been roughly 3 months and no problems whatsoever
  6. Sorry for the late response. I'll DM you. Thank you. Method Race Wheels MRW301 "The Standard" 17x8.5 0 wrapped in Goodyear Duratracs LT295/70.
  7. My truck came with the Active Grille Shutters...needless to say I removed them. No regrets. No loss in MPG. No CEL. No overheating issues.
  8. Mine actually came painted black from the dealer. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. Thank you. Took on an iPhone X and edited in Adobe Lightroom. [emoji1303] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  11. Simple wash and took some new pics Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. 2.5" Motofab upper strut spacer. No rubbing. I did have to trim the plastic fender piece and zip tie the liner back with the old wheels due to the negative offset. I've talked to a few people running the same size tire and they reported no trimming needed.
  13. Mounted up my new wheels. 17x8.5 Method MRW301 The Standard wrapped in LT295/70r17 Goodyear Wrangler Duratracs.
  14. Thank you! They are the OPT7 Aura 4 strip LED interior lights (SKU #INSTP5050KIT-RGB). They come with a harness so all the lights have a wire that plugs into the control box. Only have to ground one wire and power one wire. Very easy install since I have an sPod to wire it to.
  15. Installed RGB+W footwell lighting. LEDs are on full brightness for the photo. I turn them down to the dimmest setting for a more 'factory' look. Also under the driver and passenger front seats for the rear footwells (not pictured)
  16. Sitting at the seawall the other day
  17. Thank you! That day was mid 70's. Perfect day for a good cleaning. You won't catch me outside doing anything with my truck past 80 degrees. Lucky for me the beach is in walking distance. Thank you!
  18. Thank you. It's a Magnum Manufacturing low-pro.
  19. 9 hour detail session on the truck. Interior vacuumed, leather conditioned, floor liners cleaned, engine bay detailed, foam bath, hand dry, full clay bar, and extreme depth carnauba wax + x seal, windows cleaned and topped off with extreme wheel shine.
  20. 2017 Sierra 1500 with a 2.5" Motofab upper mount spacer and Readylift tubular UCA running 20x10 -19 Hostile Sprockets and 33x12.5r20 Toyo RT. Minor rubbing on the back of the fender reversing full lock. First picture is the front end height comparison between my 17 and my buddies stock 18.
  21. Might be wrong but looks like Legends Offroad Performance tow mirrors and switchback handles.
  22. Yes it's a pre-cut film made by Lamin-x. Bought directly from their website. Not too difficult. Hardest part was cutting the motor out of the frame and cutting the nubs off the main shutters. I have a low end Dremel so it ran out of power quick. The plastic GM used on the shutters is very dense plastic.
