My 2018 Silverado Z71 Crew would stall after a long highway run, in front of my house when backing into driveway. Steering wheel would pull out of my hand, radio would change stations, dash display would change from INFO to radio/audio and sometimes would get the "roll down then up drivers window" message. Didn't feel like taking dashboard apart, but did check the battery connections. All red/Positive connections were tight as can be, BUT the NEGATIVE BATTERY Connection was so loose, could spin the cable on the post with little effort. After tightening the neg battery clamp, haven't had the issue since (looking for wood to knock on) Hope everyone else's problem is this simple. Good luck to everyone!

Taking the key out of the ignition & re-insert ing it quickly will silence the chime if doors are open

I keep an empty Chapstick in my console when the gas pumps don’t have the locking handle. Been doing this for years
