    Since you say its running my above suggestion should work. If its slightly under charged and running it wont cool either. In that case you'd be looking for a leak. Lots of times a proper vac isn't done and you end up with moisture in the system. Hence no cooling. Sent from my LM-G820 using Tapatalk

    If the compressor is running then you likely have non condensibles in the system. If so. Pull the refrigerant, vacuum for a few hrs and recharge. Pag oil collects moisture and gives the same symptoms.
