    If I'm not mistaken, I'm pretty sure that the "slide in camper" they are referring to is the kind that you literally slide into the back of your truck bed.

    Go to HarnessDR and at the top mouse over "Vehicle Make". It will bring down a drop menu, mouse over either "Chevrolet" or "GMC" and it will open up a ton of harnesses that are available to purchase. Just find the one you need or if you need help, send pgamboa a message and he will help you! GL

    Clearly you don't have any issues with your foam cannon at such a high PSI? I bought a kit for myself as well but have been afraid to try 3,100 PSI through the cannon...

    That looks really nice! Did you have any shadowing left over from the old "SILVERADO" decal? If so, how did you clean it up? I removed my Z71 decals to put on black "SILVERADO" decals, but I haven't actually stuck them on yet because of the shadowing. It's not residue from the 3M tape, but more of a discoloration from the outline of the old badge. Not sure how to clean this up even better since I'm super anal about stuff like this being perfect before I stick another badge there...

    Nice. I recently did that myself as well. So much nicer than grabbing my steering wheel. Mine was also a perfect fit with no issues with gapping.

    I have the Blackhawk CAI in my truck and I love it. I don't have any experience with it in conjunction with any aftermarket exhaust though, sorry. I am planning on a Borla ATAK myself as soon as I feel like dumping $1K+ for one.

    Hardwired my dash camera and radar detector last night. No more pesky wires dangling in my field of view and no more having to remember to plug in and unplug the darn camera!

    Put my tonneau cover on today, finally. Had to wait for the bed liner to cure. This thing was a tight fit and a pain in my butt!

    I had this done at the dealership, negotiated a replacement with my purchase. They removed the old liner and sprayed a new one. I’m not sure what they did with the wheel well since it was dented. Either they bumped it back out or sprayed enough to cover it up. It 150% passed my expectations for dealership work so I didn’t even ask. Im glad they didn’t cover my anchor holes and also made sure drain holes in the back were good enough to pass water.

    Had the spray-in bed liner replaced today. It was beat up from the previous owner. It looks sexy as hell now!

    Thanks. We basically have the same exact truck. Your numbers are pretty close to what I've seen so I feel a little better. I probably got a tank of winter blend so that may be why I saw such a drastic dip all of a sudden... I'll have to keep an eye on it but I planned on running 89 anyway. I also plan to go back and do a pen-and-paper method of calculating MPG vs $/mi as suggested by others in this thread. It's a really good idea and has sparked my interest in looking at it at that level.

    Fantastic post and thank you so much for sharing. I really should go ahead and give this a go. Are you waiting a certain amount of time before starting your data collection after switching octanes? Before testing 89 I ran my tank as low as I could, filled it up completely, emptied it again and filled it up once more before beginning to analyze the difference with 89. I ought to go back to 87 and start this all over again knowing that I'd probably end up at 93 considering that's what my Charger preferred.

You seem very knowledgable and thanks for giving me quite the list to consider! They're all valid points and I won't reject any of it as it all has merit and I will investigate all of it further... appreciate it.

    You know what... you have a very valid point there. I completely forgot about that. I did go fill up at a station that I don’t really go to and isn’t usually very busy either. Hmm. Thanks!
