  1. Wish I could still do that. Over $100 for premium here in the rip-off state.
  2. Hauled some lumber today. I was tempted to do this with the tailgate up but no idea what it’s rated for. Anybody know?
  3. Rio Vista Chevrolet in Buellton was very easy to deal with. Worth the 1 1/2 hour trip north for me. Dealers in my area didn’t want to negotiate price.
  4. Steel replicas are heavier than stock alloys. When I went from stock 17” to 20” CK156 reps on my Tahoe each was 28 lbs.more even with stock size tires. I had to get a tune and bigger brakes to compensate.
  5. This my first dealing but so far so good. Placed order yesterday and already received tracking number for Thursday delivery.
  6. Might want to look at the Borla 140767. Basically the same as GMPE. I just purchased the 140771 for 6.2 for $1029 OTD from CSP racing.
  7. Definitely black over red on the exhaust tips. Don’t think they’d stay red long with the DFM exhaust. Mine are semi gloss.
  8. I have them. I wish they were gloss black but still look better than chrome IMO.
  9. Here’s one with a $65,560 msrp in wheatland yellow. https://www.chevrolet.com/locate-inventory/all-new-silverado/details?x-symbolic=vdp&x-carline=silverado&x-modelyear=2020&q-sourcepath=/vdccollections/2020/trucks/silverado-ld/silverado-ld/jcr:content/vdcVehicleInfoBlockConfig/vdcShoppingLinks#?conditions=New&includeNearMatches=true&locale=en_US&makes=Chevrolet&models=Silverado 1500&trims=LT Trail Boss&rearWheels=Single&bodyStyles=Crew Cab&drivetrainCode=4WD&boxType=Standard Box&years=2020&engineCodes=L87&mechanicalCodes=MQB&mechanicalCodes=GU5&wheelsCodes=RD1&tiresCodes=R3O&exteriorOptionCodes=XCQ&exteriorColorCodes=01U&interiorColorCodes=H0Y&packageCodes=PCH&packageCodes=PCM&packageCodes=CXH&packageCodes=PQB&packageCodes=WPQ&packageCodes=ZL6&radius=100&postalcode=92602&customertype=GC&requestedPostalcode=92602&filterconfigkey=ConfigAdmin_19Silverado1500&open-panel=Color&open-panel=Hours&scrollposition=1217&vin=1GCPYFEL7LZ350612&filtermatched=nearmatch&filtermatchedcount=18&filternotmatchcount=1&filternotmatchedstring=Box: Standard Box&filtermatchedstring=Cab: Crew Cab|Drive Type: 4WD|Trim: LT Trail Boss|Color: Jet Black, Leather-appointed front seat trim|Exterior Options: 18" High gloss Black painted aluminum wheels|Exterior Options: 18" 275/65R18C Mud-Terrain Goodyear® Wrangler DuraTrac® blackwall tires|Exterior Options: 10-speed automatic transmission|Exterior Options: 3.23 rear axle ratio|Exterior Options: 17" 265/70R17SL all-season, blackwall spare tire|Packages: Convenience Package with Bucket Seats|Packages: Convenience Package II|Packages: Leather Package|Packages: Safety Package|Packages: Bed Protection Package|Packages: Advanced Trailering Package|Powertrain: 6.2L EcoTec3 V8 engine|Color: Special Exterior Color&primarydealerdistance=73.3&bac=117808&pagenumber=1&dealerSearchBy=bac&primarydealerid=117808&primarydealerpostalcode=9223-&[email protected]&primarydealername=JESSUP AUTO PLAZA&primarydealerphone=7603289999
  10. That sounds encouraging. How many miles before it stopped?
  11. Got the truck back from dealer today. They had it for two days for the complimentary oil change and to flash the brake module. Their only 4wd tech is booked for three weeks. I asked advisor for the bulletin for the auto 4wd they told me about. They went to the service manager, came back and said actually it’s in the owners manual that states not to use auto 4wd on pavement and causes vibration. I reminded them that it states auto 4wd is for variable conditions and leaving in 4hi on pavement may cause vibration to be felt. They said I could leave my truck there for three weeks if I wanted but other trucks with this issue have come in and nothing was done. I may reach out to another dealer. The vibration in auto isn’t bad, more of resistance on the drivetrain that’s is heard and felt. Seems like it’s engaging because it is sensing slippage maybe. Don’t plan on using auto 4wd much so not a big deal. Just don’t want to accept a flaw especially if not all our trucks are experiencing this. No more launches in auto 4wd for now damn it!
  12. 303 Aerospace Protectant. Clean but not show off shiny.
  13. Anyone else experiencing drivetrain vibrations in auto 4WD on flat pavement above 25mph? I was told by the dealer this is a known issue with no current resolution. Haven’t asked for TSB yet. They said GM recommends leaving in 2WD until wheels slip. If I’m already losing traction why would I use auto instead of 4hi? The system on my older Tahoe was seamless.
  14. 24 Pc 2017-2020 CHEVY 1500 BLACK OEM TYPE SOLID WHEEL LUG NUTS 14x1.50 # 1709LBK
  15. Debadged the tailgate and swapped to black lug nuts today. Last week... Tinted windows 20% front, 50% windshield Lund Terrain HX steps off EBay Bakflip MX4 Westin bed mat Still needs more dechroming!
  16. Put on the new cover that arrived today.
  17. Picked up my 6.2 standard box unicorn today. Dealer said four in California and their two sold this week.
