  1. It was the starter. Sometimes it locks for whatever reason and a buddy of mine showed me put the key in the ignition and constantly try to start the vehicle by turning the key on and off. After a few tries it starts right back up
  2. I have a 2015 silverado. I have absolutely nothing wrong with it. But when it gets cold ( below 40 degrees) it throws a code and sends the engine into limp mode. Last December it said it was my throttle sensor. It warmed up and I havent had a problem since. Now this year it says its the fuel pressure sensor. I did a computer reset yesterday in 35 degree weather and it ran fine the rest of the day. Wake up this morning and its back to limo mode (note while i was doing the computer reset i climbed under the truck and inspected the sensor which appeared to be fine)
  3. I have a 2015 silverado with aftermarket engine and underglow light mods. Well I can usually leave the lights on all night and it will crank fine the next day. Well yesterday I cranked my vehicle and when I go to leave for lunch the truck clicks once, all of my dash lights and instruments come on without hesitation then a click again. Did the same about 3 hours later jumped off the vehicle both times. Well I replaces the battery last night. It cranked fine this morning and ran perfect all day. Well about an hour ago I drove 5 min down the road to the gas station. Cranked perfect when I left my house. I killed the truck for 2 minutes, filled the tank, and behold it does the same thing it was doing yesterday. Had to have someone come jump me off. What could this be?
  4. I have a 2015 silverado. Was doing a routine check and removed my transmission dipstick. Fluid is nice and red looks almost brand new and is also full. I did have transmission work done about 3 months ago and on average driving 60 - 80 mph my transmission temp is between 165 and 190 but will get hotter on hot days. Highest its gotten was 205 but i was going quick due to an emergency. Anyway I noticed a light smoke coming from the dipstick tube. Is this normal?
