  2. Hey guys so about 4 months ago my radio started acting up, audio would not turn on, clock would disappear, XM presets would reset back to factory, and all the steering wheel audio buttons and center stack audio buttons would stop working, I cannot play any movies since my truck has the factory rear dvd system, and upon startup the screen would be black for however long it felt like it, I’ve already replaced the HMI, CD/DVD Player and LCD screen and none have solved my issue, I took it to Autozone a few days ago and the guy scanning it there says that his scanner did not pick up any DTC’s however he can establish signal with the braking system no problem however when he tried to do the same with the acceleration system and steering wheel audio controls it indicated a bad ground somewhere, can anyone help me please??????? Whether anyone can show me a list of all the ground locations for this truck or tell me how they solved this issue as well that would be great, I HATE this whole issue and I can’t even trade it in because of that, please help guys, I included pictures to give a better idea of what’s happening
  3. @wahlb22did you ever fix the issue??? I’m having the SAME exact situation as you and my park assist has even turned off twice within the past three months randomly, and I’ve already spent $650 on an HMI………
  4. Any update on this???????????
  5. Yea my buddy was able to get stuff figured out I haven’t talked to him in a bit but I believe he ordered the harness
  6. Did you have to swap out the interior switch panel to accommodate the running boards? and did you use Phil Gamboa’s harness? How did you get them to work and fit so nicely? I saw your YouTube vid
  7. That’s okay, nothing like a little part out from a junk truck thanks for the heads up man
  8. Thank you!!!!!! And that’s the one that goes through the console to the outputs on the back of the console with HDMI right? EDIT* this is exactly what I’m looking for, thanks!
  9. Hey guys, anyone know the part # to the console harness for the rear seat dvd system with the HDMI output (only on 2017-2018 model years)? Couldn’t find it ANYWHERE online, asking for a friend (like, legit asking for a buddy)….. thanks!
  10. @CRApex When you close the door while the truck is off, does your cluster say “CHEVROLET” or does it show the GMC logo?
  11. Got any pics man? I’d love to see it
  12. Also, I saw this pic on the Silverado/Sierra Facebook group, someone actually did this to their truck in UAE
  13. Hey guys, i was bored so I drew up a design for what would’ve been the rear vents and cup holders on the K2XX truck center console lol I based the entire drawings off my truck, I based the vents faceplate itself from the 2019+ jump seat vents, I also threw in the usual cigarette outlet and even a household outlet which can be retrofitted to the back of the console, and I also drew up the rear DVD outlets, as I was looking online and that part is separate from the rear console faceplate on the K2 trucks………. Let me know what you guys think, I’m wondering if the extisting underseat ducts can be utilized and modified, or if new ducts would have to be routed all the way from the core lol, I can assume that there is no big cubby on the T1 console to accommodate the ducts running to the vents that’s why I did not draw the big cubby on the rear console faceplate

  19. Hey guys, I’ve been looking all over the internet like a madman lol is this for sure the right color touch-up interior paint for the saddle interior? I need to touch up some areas inside my truck. I bought the Cocoa interior touch up paint (code WA413P) but I couldn’t find out the exact code for saddle online, I even texted Chevrolet and they didn’t know themselves LOL
  20. Very true, speaking of satin finishes what about a satin silver?
  21. Hey guys, a few months back I installed a 3” front, 1”rear level along with aftermarket UCA’s and a front differential drop spacer kit. I pretty much did my homework for the most part and came to the conclusion that a front differential drop spacer kit is kind of necessary for any front lift from 2 inches up. After installing the diff drop kit I noticed the front of the truck has a slight hum to it and changes pitch at any given speeds (it will be more noticeable at higher speeds). I went to put my truck in 4x4 Auto today and immediately switched it back to 2WD, I could tell the truck did not want to be in 4x4 at all, was very hesitant. Also, I hear a groaning noise and a rare occasional pop every time I turn the steering wheel to the right, I think that might have something to do with the CV’s, the lift kit shop told me they didn’t see anything wrong. Any help would be greatly appreciated, would really hope to get the 4x4 thing straightened out before the snow really hits.
