Still seem to be higher than most ....am at 19,000km, used full from new tank, plus 4 boxes and have low warning again. That is approx 15gal/60L of DEF so far???? at 2% of fuel should be 40L I think???
I just came to say the same thing about a lot of DEF usage on a 3.0 - 10,000km and have added 5 gallons after the full tank when purchased and below half already - at 10L/100km I should be at 20L DEF used by that calc but am more like 30-35? I also had a RAM eco and saw 12K-13K before needing to put any in?
So I don't mind the steps and they are kinda cool - still getting to using rather than stepping over fixed ones.
Is there a way to have them stay out when parked to keep parked cars further away? I find people park closer to me now without seeing steps out there maybe?
On the fence about a truck I found with power steps - heard of issues in winter in Ontario but many success stories as well. Getting a good deal so they work out to be pretty much free and I get truck sooner than ordering....thoughts/experience?
I also like the standard ones on my 22 - keeps things away from doors. Is there a way to have the power boards stay out when parked for same effect?
Does anyone have a screenshot of the display when a properly working for wire trailer is connected?
I took it one of the rear trailer lights and the ground is fine… I’m thinking there must be a break in a running light power wire somewhere. Do I just start at the front and make my way back?
Yeah it was dirty and was cleaned out prior to this - I think it’s a ground wire somewhere just have to find where.
if the 4 pin is connected properly through adapter should the display show that? I’m still confused why it shows the circuit for reverse - number 4 - as connected when adapter has a plastic knockout in that position???
So I’m not sure what’s going on with my trailer. Using a seven pin to four pin adaptor and have tried three of them with the same result. When running lights are on I get a fast left signal which throws a code in my display. Sometimes when the running lights are on, they don’t work and there is an error for them and then the left turn issue goes away. When running lights aren’t working if I turn my lights on five or six times they suddenly start to work again.
seems odd that when connected it shows pin 4 active in the display as per photo but does not show the ground connected either in the four way image
Yes I have towed with it a and the 5.3 few times - yes 10 Spd and no its not max tow - it doesn't struggle as it has the numbers but eats fuel which is why I want the 3.0.
Ok then - I guess I got it backwards!! Seems steep for the diesel….. and I thought when i did the build that’s what it told me. Guess I’m would rather use the X-31 package than the max tow.
Yeah I was thinking I wanted Max Tow as well but in the 3.0 babymax option I think gearing goes from 3.23 to a 3.42 so not a big change really for all I tow..... Also the Denali I think adjusts suspension (shocks only I guess) to help trailering from the video I saw from TopTruck. Still that ARC being part of an almost $6K MSRP jump is tough when looking at the differences.....which am still doing.
Dealer was trying to tell me Denali keeps a couple % better resale value so with Denali keeping 75% means losing 25% of a $92K truck vs with SLT keeping 73% and losing 27% of an $86K truck - its a wash so they say and you drive a better truck???
OK I dont think you can't SLT w ARC here - just wanted to know if the ARC actually changed the ride with mode selector and not just steering and shift points.
I think all models have the 3 drive modes right? I test drove and RST and it had the same dial......
To be honest I have it and have no idea what it does or if it makes a huge difference in ride so thats what I am researching here.
Looking at loaded 2025 SLT and Denali 3.0L - Denali is a bit over $5K more and the only real difference I see if the ARC suspension package? Am I missing something?
Dealer telling me Denali holds value better than SLT but but 30% depreciation in 3 yrs on $90K is still more on $80K.
At 80,000km and 2 yrs old (even though 3 model yrs now) and yes looking to get into a 3.0 like I ordered but could not get during COVIS (waited 9 months for the dealer build I took to come in). Price will start to drop more now as 25s come out and mileage creeps out so seems to be the best time to flip.
Looking to trade my 22 Refresh Denali and see that SLT/LTZ loaded come in at $86K and Denali $93K High Country $90K (no ARC is likely price difference).
I see why elevations and the like are $3K-$4k less than SLT/LTZ but what does the Denali/HC give me for the next $4k-$6K????
The 22 Denali with 80,000km is co9ming back at $54K trade which seems low but I did get GM preferred when I bought it.
Is the preferred pricing form GM the best discount I am going to get in Ontario Canada? I see big discounts in the US threads????
