About to go back to ford replied to Todd Richert's topic in Troubleshooting, Warranty & Recalls
I am having an issue on 21 GMC Sierra. My entertainment screen completely resets its self. Dealer charged me $150 for a software update. I checked software before taking it in and already had done the updates. They couldn’t even tell me what they updated. I am 2k miles out of warranty. Trying not to blow the bank for this issue. Did anyone get a resolution or am I screwed?
