    I finally found a used system for 400.00 and installed it. It sounds way better than the stock non-Bose than my 2014 came with the only thing is I wish the bass had a bit more thump. While I am not planning on doing anything else I was wondering if the amp on the subwoofer could be replaced with a one that hits harder or would that upset the Ohms/ watts / channel gods ? More curious than anything else. Yotaman

    I had a 2006 Sierra it started making a belt squeal sound. I removed the belts and started it sound was still there. Took it t my local trusted shop they said cam was delaminating on one cylinder. Said eventually t would cause a mis fire. They said job to pull cam was so involved it was just as cheap to replace motor with a crate engine. Both about 5K in 2014...That is how I wound up in a 2014 Sierra I just traded it in. No real advice just passing along my experience. best of luck. XB 2002

    Installed replacement Fog lamp housings as mine was hazed and installed 2022 AT4 wheels a few weeks ago. Yotaman

    PS. I watched video. Don't keep forcing gear shifter or you will have another issue to address.

    Welcome to GM ownership. Mechanical inclination is almost required for membership. If under warranty get it to a dealer. If not check grounds do a google search and search here. Our trucks are glitchy. best of luck. Yotaman

    How do you know the battery is not charging? truck won't crank or going off of dash gauge? System will show less than 14V if battery is charged just FYI. Yotaman

    Try disconnecting your battery for 30 mins and see if that helps. Yotaman

    All good advice. Battery, Battery cables and google G218 Ground point which is the ne under the dash speaker. Our 2014's were quite glitchy. They are not designed for non mechanically inclined people Yotaman

    Hi guys if anyone has the sun visor with the vanity lights in grey fabric or even just the grey plastic cover without broken hinge hook tabs please PM me. I broke a tab on mine and the lights don't really work without it. Thanks Yotaman

    I noticed this today on my 2014 Sierra 5.3 while on the interstate. It usually sits about 40 but it quickly jumped up to 55ish and back down. After I stopped for gas and took off I noticed it did it again. I sure hope it is the teo stage pump self test. 82K miles about 2K since last oil change and level is at top mark.

    Did you replace or pay someone to do it? Damm that is quite a list. I think I would head to a good transmission shop.
